本实用新型涉及鞋材技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗曲折的热熔胶片。
背景技术
    目前的热熔胶片主要是制鞋行业的常用材料,使用时,直接通过高温条件将热熔胶片熔化于需要粘结的部位,由于热熔胶片厚度太薄,就会存在容易折断、弹性差、硬度小,当它制作鞋子产品后,会严重影响鞋子的质量(鞋子容易脱胶),而且热熔胶片在运输、搬移都大大不便。
有鉴于此,本发明人针对现有技术中热熔胶片的上述缺陷深入研究,遂有本案产生。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抗曲折的热熔胶片,其具有结构简单、不易折断、弹性好,硬度强,而且运输及搬移方便。
为了达到上述之目的,本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案: 
一种抗曲折的热熔胶片,包括热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层的表面复合有一层支撑层,所述支撑层上设有复数个微孔。
    所述支撑层采用无纺布,无纺布上设有复数个微孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是:本实用新型在热熔胶层的基础上增加支撑层,使热熔胶不易折断,弹性好,硬度强,而且运输及搬移方便,同时在支撑层上设有复数个微孔,让需要两个粘结的物体粘结性更强。
