背景技术
目前,塑料格栅、木塑的生产所采用的设备多为挤出设备,挤出设备的主要部件为挤出螺杆,现有技术的挤出螺杆结构设计不合理,输出压力不稳定,物料混合不均匀,挤出效率较低,且使用寿命较短,影响产品的质量。

为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种结构设计合理、输出压力稳定、物料混合均匀、挤出效率较高、且使用寿命较长的挤出机螺杆,本实用新型的技术方案为:所述的挤出机螺杆由齿轮、过渡螺纹、变节距螺纹、等节距螺纹、固定螺纹、固定柄组成,其特征在于变节距螺纹的前端设置过渡螺纹,过渡螺纹的前端设置齿轮,变节距螺纹的后端设置等节距螺纹,等节距螺纹的后端设置固定螺纹,固定螺纹的后端设置固定柄。
本实用新型所述的挤出机螺杆,其特征在于挤出机螺杆的表面采取浸氮处理,深度为0.3~0.6mm,硬度为HV850~900。
本实用新型的有益效果是挤出机螺杆结构设计合理,输出压力稳定,物料混合均匀,挤出效率较高,且使用寿命较长。
