Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种餐具，尤其是一种牛排用保温铁板。
背景技术
牛排加铁板是近年流行的烹调方法，铁板可以保持近300度的高温，在很短的时间内，就可以把牛排外皮烤熟，避免了肉汁的流失，在获得鲜嫩口感的同时，最大限度的保存牛肉本身的芬芳因子。并且上菜时在烟雾中伴随着嗞啦嗞啦的响声，菜品热气腾腾、香气四溢、更添一番风味。
但铁板牛排有一个缺点，铁板本身是金属制品，虽然可以在短时间内加热到很高温度，但散热同样迅速，往往盘内的牛排还没吃完，铁板已经冷掉了，冷掉的牛排口感十分油腻，而且不易切割，通常会被顾客丢弃，在给顾客留下不好印象的同时还造成极大的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种牛排用保温铁板，该设备能通过保温砖持续给铁板提供热量，大大延长铁板的保温时间，消除牛排因铁板冷却所带来的不良口感的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的，它包括铁盘、梯形圆锥槽、盛菜凹槽、指托凹槽、保温砖、厚木板、保温砖固定槽、铁盘固定槽、指托，其特征是厚木板的上表面设有保温砖固定槽和铁盘固定槽，铁盘固定槽内连接铁盘，铁盘的表面设有盛菜凹槽和向上的梯形圆锥槽，梯形圆锥槽内连接保温砖，保温砖固定在保温砖固定槽上，所述厚木板和铁盘的外边缘对应设有指托、指托凹槽。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型是这样实现的，厚木板6的上表面设有保温砖固定槽7和铁盘固定槽8，铁盘固定槽8内连接铁盘1，铁盘1的表面设有盛菜凹槽3和向上的梯形圆锥槽2，梯形圆锥槽2内连接保温砖5，保温砖5固定在保温砖固定槽7上，所述厚木板6和铁盘1的外边缘对应设有指托9、指托凹槽4。使用者先把保温砖5和铁盘1烧热，然后把保温砖5通过保温砖固定槽7固定在厚木板6上面，然后通过铁盘固定槽8把铁盘1固定上去，再在盛菜凹槽3上放上牛排。为了上菜方便，可以用手托住厚木板6，并用拇指扣住指托9固定。因为特制保温砖5能储存很多热量，而且散热也比金属质地的铁盘1要慢得多，所以能持续给铁盘1供热，使牛排一直保持在合适的温度，想要吃烫一点的还可以吧牛排放在梯形圆锥槽2上加热。
