背景技术
现在的卷扬机都是用一对齿轮进行减速,这样的情况下,齿轮加工精度要求高,而且减速比小,若要求进行大减速比,那么就必须进行多级减速,这样结构复杂,加工成本高,齿轮寿命短。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的设计一种减速比大,磨损后可自动调节,结构简单,使用寿命长的无齿轮传动卷扬机。 
本实用新型无齿轮传动卷扬机,包括:电机和电机相连的无齿轮减速器,无齿轮减速器和转筒相连,转筒设置有钢丝绳;电机、无齿轮减速器和转筒的支承座都装在底座上。 
所述的无齿轮减速器,包括:中心锥轮,从动锥轮,固定锥轮,中心锥轮的轴上套有推力弹簧,从动锥轮和从动轴相连或者和从动轴锥套相连。 
所述的中心锥轮和输入轴相连,轴外套有轴承和轴承套,轴承套和固定锥轮的内孔相连。 
所述的从动锥轮和从动轴上的圆形连接板相连或者从动锥轮的一端和定位板相连,从动锥轮另一端的外锥缘和从动轴的锥套的内锥相连。 
利用公转一周差原理通过摩擦传动实现减速运动。 
D轮和B轮的线速比来计算。 
A轮和B轮的角速度=C轮运动的角度一样。也就是输出轴的角速度。 
A轮和C轮有速度差,是速比的因式,这样一来速比就增大。 
A轮越大速比越大,可达1:50以内。 
本实用新型无齿轮传动卷扬机的优点是:卷扬机减速比大,可达1:1000以上,结构简单,体积小,加工简单,成本低,磨损后可自动调节,使用寿命长。

根椐图1、图2、图3所示,一种无齿轮传动卷扬机,包括:电机9和电机9相连的无齿轮减速器10,无齿轮减速器10和转筒11相连,转筒设置有钢丝绳12;电机9、无齿轮减速器10和转筒的支承座都装在底座13上。 
所述的无齿轮减速器10,包括:中心锥轮1,从动锥轮7,固定锥轮4,中心锥轮1的轴上套有推力弹簧3,从动锥轮7和从动轴相连或者和从动轴锥套相连。 
所述的中心锥轮1和输入轴相连,轴外套有轴承和轴承套2,轴承套2和固定锥轮4的内孔相连。

1.一种无齿轮传动卷扬机,包括:电机(9)、转筒(11)设置有钢丝绳(12);其特征在于:还有电机(9)和无齿轮减速器(10)一头相连,转筒(11)和无齿轮减速器(10)的另一头相连;所述的无齿轮减速器(10),包括:中心锥轮(1),从动锥轮(7),固定锥轮(4),中心锥轮(1)的轴上套有推力弹簧(3),从动锥轮(7)和从动轴相连或者和从动轴锥套相连。
