技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种夹具，尤其涉及一种硅钢片烫平装置的夹具。
背景技术
变压器组成部件包括器身（铁芯、绕组、绝缘、引线）、变压器油、油箱和冷却装置、调压装置、保护装置（吸湿器、安全气道、气体继电器、储油柜及测温装置）和出线套管。其中铁芯是变压器中主要的磁路部分，通常由含硅量较高、厚度分别为0.35mm/0.33mm/0.27mm，由表面涂有绝缘器的热轧或冷轧硅钢片叠装而成。铁芯的硅钢片要求要很平，在硅钢片按要求切割后要进行烫平，由于烫平时需要高温，要求有专用的夹具夹紧硅钢片进行烫平。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种硅钢片烫平装置的夹具。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种硅钢片烫平装置的夹具，包括有框形支架，在框形支架的端部设有折边挡板，框形支架的另一端设有向外延伸的延伸挡板，在框形支架上安装有上、下压紧板，所述的上、下压紧板的底边上分别开有两个凹槽，框形支架的左右边分别插进凹槽内，将多片硅钢片层叠放置并放在上、下压紧板之间，上、下压紧板之间通过螺杆锁紧，在所述的折边挡板上固定安装有压紧装置，所述的压紧装置的一端压紧上压紧板，下压紧板紧靠所述的延伸挡板。
所述的压紧装置为液压压紧装置。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，夹紧效果好，硅钢片放置和拆卸方便，使用安全可靠。

如图1所示，一种硅钢片烫平装置的夹具，包括有框形支架1，在框形支架1的端部设有折边挡板2，框形支架1的另一端设有向外延伸的延伸挡板3，在框形支架1上安装有上、下压紧板4、5，所述的上、下压紧板4、5的底边上分别开有两个凹槽6，框形支架1的左右边分别插进凹槽6内，将多片硅钢片层叠放置并放在上、下压紧板4、5之间，上、下压紧板4、5之间通过螺杆7锁紧，在所述的折边挡板2上固定安装有压紧装置8，所述的压紧装置8的一端压紧上压紧板4，下压紧板5紧靠所述的延伸挡板3。
所述的压紧装置8为液压压紧装置。

1.一种硅钢片烫平装置的夹具，其特征在于：包括有框形支架，在框形支架的端部设有折边挡板，框形支架的另一端设有向外延伸的延伸挡板，在框形支架上安装有上、下压紧板，所述的上、下压紧板的底边上分别开有两个凹槽，框形支架的左右边分别插进凹槽内，将多片硅钢片层叠放置并放在上、下压紧板之间，上、下压紧板之间通过螺杆锁紧，在所述的折边挡板上固定安装有压紧装置，所述的压紧装置的一端压紧上压紧板，下压紧板紧靠所述的延伸挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅钢片烫平装置的夹具，其特征在于：所述的压紧装置为液压压紧装置。
