背景技术
现有的球墨铸铁的球化装置的包盖或采用专用包盖移动装置，或采用上下升降式包盖分离装置，这种形式的包盖装置，分离安装繁琐，操作不便，特别对于大型球化包盖，整体移动费时费力，影响了球化包盖的推广应用。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术存在的问题，提供翻转式球化包盖。 
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题而采取的技术方案是： 
翻转式球化包盖，包括包体和包括翻转式包盖，所述翻转式包盖由固定盖及活动盖组成，其特点是：所述活动盖与固定盖铰接，在活动盖边沿设置提柄，提柄通过绳索与设置在包体外壁上的卷扬机连接；所述活动盖上设置引流装置；其中：所述引流装置包括外壳和硬质耐火材料制成的引流装置本体；所述引流装置本体具有圆弧状槽，其顺圆弧方向中心剖面结构具有坡道，该圆弧状槽的两端呈圆弧状，引流装置的横向剖面呈开口向上的抛物线、圆弧或椭圆弧；在坡道底部设置铁水注入口。 
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下有益效果： 
本实用新型由于采用了卷杨机开启包盖，省力省时，提高安全性，在包盖上设置具有圆弧状槽的引流装置，使注入的铁水在铁水注入口周围形成旋涡，产生虹吸，减少飞溅，提高注入速度。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，翻转式球化包盖，包括包体和包括翻转式包盖，所述翻转式包盖由固定盖2及活动盖5组成，其特点是：所述活动盖5与固定盖2铰接，在活动盖边沿设置提柄3，提柄通过绳索与设置在包体6外壁上的卷扬机1连接；所述活动盖5上设置引流装置4；其中： 
如图3和图4所示，所述引流装置4包括外壳10和硬质耐火材料制成的引流装置本体9；所述引流装置本体9具有圆弧状槽，其顺圆弧方向中心剖面结构具有坡道8，该圆弧状槽的两端呈圆弧状，引流装置4的横向剖面呈开口向上的抛物线、圆弧或椭圆弧；在坡道8底部设置铁水注入口7。 
工作过程： 
本实用新型工作时，启动卷杨机，绳索将活动盖拉起，放入球化剂，放下活动盖，铁水由引流装置远离铁水注入口处倒入，铁水经过坡道顺圆弧状槽流至圆弧状槽的另一端，形成旋涡，由铁水注入口7进入球化包内。

1.翻转式球化包盖，包括包体（6）和包括翻转式包盖，所述翻转式包盖由固定盖（2）及活动盖（5）组成，其特征是：所述活动盖（5）与固定盖（2）铰接，在活动盖边沿设置提柄（3），提柄通过绳索与设置在包体（6）外壁上的卷扬机（1）连接；所述活动盖（5）上设置引流装置（4）；其中：所述引流装置（4）包括外壳（10）和硬质耐火材料制成的引流装置本体（9）；所述引流装置本体（9）具有圆弧状槽，其顺圆弧方向中心剖面结构具有坡道（8），该圆弧状槽的两端呈圆弧状，引流装置（4）的横向剖面呈开口向上的抛物线、圆弧或椭圆弧；在坡道底部设置铁水注入口（7）。
