本实用新型涉及光伏组件制造领域,尤其涉及光伏组件生产线自动扫码装置。 
背景技术
在光伏组件制造领域,组件生产线上须采用扫条码技术,首先将订单号、元件号、编码形成条码,然后根据形成的条码分配好物料,焊接时将条码粘贴在流程卡上,敷设时将相对应的条码粘贴在组件内,在后面的工序中进行扫码时就可以方便获取组件在某条生产线上的生产工艺、所需物料、责任人,同时组件的生产工艺与质量在生产线上也能即时有效地从计算机上显示出来,方便快速统计和查询生产数据。 
而目前,在太阳能光伏组件生产线上采用的扫条码技术的实现是通过工人手持扫描枪进行扫码工作,这种方法基本可以满足生产的需求,但也存在不足:由于是人工手持扫描枪,每条生产线上都需要操作工人,效率低、成本高;且组件在生产线上停留时间过长,容易导致生产线上信号出现错误。 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种省时省力,效率高,成本低,代替人工操作,方便实用的光伏生产线自动扫码装置。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:光伏组件生产线自动扫码装置,包括长方体平台,在长方体平台的一侧底部长边处固定连接支撑杆,支撑杆下端固定连接固定合页,在长方体平台正中央设置与长方体平台长短边相对应的长方体凹槽,长方体凹槽底部设置一个矩形缺口。 
所述固定合页是由连为一体的长方形水平页面和垂直于水平页面的竖直页面组成,水平页面和竖直页面上均设置两个等间距的安装孔。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:光伏组件生产线自动扫码装置,它代替人工操作,省时省力,效率高,同时节约成本,实用方便,解决了现有技术的不足。

如图1、2所示,光伏组件生产线自动扫码装置包括长方体平台1,长方体平台1一侧底部长边处固定连接支撑杆2,支撑杆2下端固定连接固定合页3,长方体平台1的正中央设有长方体凹槽4,长方体凹槽4底部设有一个矩形缺口5,固定合页3的水平页面6和竖直页面7上均设有两个等间距的安装孔8。 
使用时,将自动扫码装置通过固定合页4安装在光伏组件生产流水线上,再将扫描机放置在长方体凹槽4中,将扫描机的电源线从矩形缺口5拉出来连接电源即可。本实用新型代替人工操作,省时省力,效率高,方便实用。
