本实用新型涉及基于LED的机场滑行道中线灯光源,其特征在于:包括调光控制器和LED组件,所述调光控制器连接滑行道中线灯的供电隔离变压器次级,用于检测供电回路的电流等级,并将电流转换为适合LED的驱动电流;所述调光控制器的输出端连接LED组件。本实用新型结构简单,无需改变原有滑行道中线灯供电模式,能直接替换原有滑行道中线灯中的卤钨灯光源,而不用整灯更换,兼容性好;并且由于采用LED加配光透镜作为光源,使滑行道中线灯具有功耗小、寿命长、运行成本低及色纯度好的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种警示灯具,具体地说是一种基于LED的机场滑行道中线灯光源。 
背景技术
当前,机场滑行道中线灯供电模式是:灯光站调光器输出2.8A~6.6A电流到若干初级串联的隔离变压器,隔离变压器次级分别向各滑行道中线灯内的专用卤钨灯泡供电。在每个中线灯内安装一个功率为50W、最大电流为6.6A的卤钨灯,灯光的颜色是由专用滤色片滤色后得到。由此带来的缺点包括:1、色纯度差:滤色片一致性差,制造难度大,滤色效果不好,色纯度及一致性远低于LED。2、功耗大:卤钨灯的光效远低于LED。3、运行费用高:卤钨灯寿命短,一般标称为1000小时,必须频繁更换。同时机场专用卤钨灯价格昂贵,因此造成普通卤钨灯光源滑行道中线灯使用成本高。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种基于LED的机场滑行道中线灯光源,其结构简单,无需改变原有滑行道中线灯供电模式,能直接替换原有滑行道中线灯中的卤钨灯光源,而不用整灯更换,兼容性好,具有功耗小、寿命长、运行成本低及色纯度好的优点。 
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案:基于LED的机场滑行道中线灯光源,其特征在于:包括调光控制器和LED组件,所述调光控制器连接滑行道中线灯的供电隔离变压器次级,用于检测供电回路的电流等级,并将电流转换为适合LED的驱动电流;所述调光控制器的输出端连接LED组件。 
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述LED组件包括LED灯珠、透光透镜和散热型材,多个LED灯珠均布放置在散热型材上,所述透光透镜设置在LED灯珠上方,透光透镜上设有支脚支撑在散热型材上,透光透镜上设有多个支透镜体,每个支透镜体对应一个LED灯珠。 
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述散热型材底部设有散热片。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,优点在于:本实用新型结构简单,无需改变原有滑行道中线灯供电模式,能直接替换原有滑行道中线灯中的卤钨灯光源,而不用整灯更换,兼容性好;并且由于采用LED加透光透镜作为光源,使滑行道中线灯具有功耗小、寿命长、运行成本低及色纯度好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
如图所示:实施例中的基于LED的机场滑行道中线灯光源主要由调光控制器2和LED组件3组成,所述调光控制器2连接滑行道中线灯的供电隔离变压器1次级,用于检测供电回路的电流等级,并将电流转换为适合LED的驱动电流;所述调光控制器2的输出端连接LED组件3,控制LED按相应的亮度等级发光。 
图示实施例中,所述LED组件3主要由LED灯珠4、透光透镜5和散热型材6组成,所述LED灯珠4有四个,它们均布放置在散热型材6上,所述透光透镜5设置在LED灯珠4上方,透光透镜5由透明材料制成,透光透镜5上设有支脚支撑在散热型材6上,透光透镜5上设有四个支透镜体5a,每个支透镜体5a对应一个LED灯珠4,支透镜体5a用于控制LED灯珠4的出射光型及光型范围内光强的匀称性。 
如图2所示,所述散热型材6底部设有散热片6a,以使LED工作时产生的热量能够更快散发出去,提高其使用寿命。

1.基于LED的机场滑行道中线灯光源,其特征在于:包括调光控制器(2)和LED组件(3),所述调光控制器(2)连接滑行道中线灯的供电隔离变压器(1)次级,用于检测供电回路的电流等级,并将电流转换为适合LED的驱动电流;所述调光控制器(2)的输出端连接LED组件(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于LED的机场滑行道中线灯光源,其特征在于:所述LED组件(3)包括LED灯珠(4)、透光透镜(5)和散热型材(6),多个LED灯珠(4)均布放置在散热型材(6)上,所述透光透镜(5)设置在LED灯珠(4)上方,透光透镜(5)上设有支脚支撑在散热型材(6)上,透光透镜上设有多个支透镜体(5a),每个支透镜体(5a)对应一个LED灯珠(4)。
3.如权利要求2所述的基于LED的机场滑行道中线灯光源,其特征在于:所述散热型材(6)底部设有散热片(6a)。
