如附图1、附图2所示,一种LED交通信号灯,包括显示单元、恒流驱动电源5以及灯头壳体6,其特征在于,恒流驱动电源5置于灯头壳体6底部,显示单元置于灯头壳体6上部腔体内,显示单元包括大功率LED灯2、铝基板3和散热器4,在铝基板3和散热器4之间设有导热硅脂。灯头壳体6上设有光学散射面罩1。所述大功率LED灯1为12颗,各自之间相互串联,按M型排布。所述恒流驱动电源2为采用基于HV9910B芯片的电源。

1.一种LED交通信号灯,包括显示单元、恒流驱动电源以及灯头壳体,其特征在于:恒流驱动电源(5)置于灯头壳体(6)底部,显示单元置于灯头壳体(6)上部腔体内,显示单元包括大功率LED灯(2)、铝基板(3)和散热器(4),在铝基板(3)和散热器(4)之间设有导热硅脂,所述灯头壳体(6)上设有光学散射面罩(1)。
