本实用新型公开了一种带散热片的LED路灯,包括灯头本体:灯头本体为一平板,灯头本体上端固定安装有若干散热片,灯头本体下端固定贴合有铝基板,铝基板下端安装有若干LED光源,LED光源外包有光学透镜;铝基板后端连接到电器仓,电器仓内安装有电源,所述每个LED光源均连接到电源。本实用新型通过在灯体上端安装散热片,灯体下端的铝基板上安装LED灯,并在灯体后端的电器仓安装电源的结构方式,能有效降低大功率LED路灯的工作温度,并有效改变大功率LED光源的光线分布,满足道路交通照明标准的要求,由于采用恒流的供电模式,保证了LED的正常工作。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及LED照明设备领域,具体的说是一种带散热片的LED路灯。
背景技术:
大功率白光LED作为照明光源,以其节能环保、长寿命、可设计性强等特点,在道路照明领域得到日益广泛的应用。LED作为固体冷光源,工作时自身不是灼热体,但电流流过LED的PN节时产生的电阻热还是会使LED升温。LED在高温下工作时会迅速老化,光效下降,甚至失效。要减缓LED的光衰,使LED灯有更长的使用寿命,必须降低LED管芯的温度,亦即要解决好LED灯的散热问题。
在道路照明领域,国家对路面照明有标准,需要按照国家标准对LED灯具进行配光处理,以满足或高于道理照明的要求。
发明内容:
为解决现有技术存在的问题,特提供一种带散热片的LED路灯,通过在灯体上端安装散热片,灯体下端的铝基板上安装LED灯,并在灯体后端的电器仓安装电源的结构方式,能有效改变大功率LED光源的光线分布,满足道路交通照明标准的要求,由于采用恒流的供电模式,保证了LED的正常工作。
本实用新型采用的方案:
一种带散热片的LED路灯,包括灯头本体:灯头本体为一平板,灯头本体上端固定安装有若干散热片,灯头本体下端固定贴合有铝基板,铝基板下端安装有若干LED光源,LED光源外包有光学透镜;铝基板后端连接到电器仓,电器仓内安装有电源,所述每个LED光源均连接到电源。
所述LED光源为LED灯,在铝基板面上均匀分布;所述光学透镜为50*120度的光学透镜;所述电源为能对LED光源进行恒流供电模式的驱动电源。
