以往喷涂管状罐体，首先用一个支架支撑外表面并遮盖法兰面，喷涂内表面，然后采用另一外支架支撑并同时遮盖罐口，再喷涂外表面，其缺点是工艺过程比较繁杂、效率低下，且不易在生产线上操作施工。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工艺过程简单，工作效率高的管状罐体内外表面同时喷涂辅助设备。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它包括底座、法兰环和支架，其特征是带有轴承的支架设置在底座上，法兰环设置在支架的上方。
本实用新型由于具有遮盖、支撑、旋转作用，因此能够提高喷涂施工效率，同时保证喷涂施工质量。

如图1所示，该管状罐体内外表面同时喷涂辅助设备包括底座1、支架2、法兰环3和轴承4，带有旋转轴承的支架设置在底座上，法兰环设置在支架的上方，其工作方式为；将底座1放置于涂装线平车上，将带有旋转轴承4的支架2根据罐体长度放置于底座1上，将法兰环3用螺栓固定在罐体两侧法兰面上，将安装好法兰环3的罐体放置于支架2上，准备完毕后，即可进行喷涂施工。
