本实用新型涉及一种颈椎融合骨环,属于医疗器械领域,适用于颈椎融合手术。
背景技术
目前市场现有的脊柱融合固定产品有钉棒系统固定和融合器固定等方法。融合器多采用中空结构,内腔植入碎骨,实现脊柱融合固定,椎间融合器在脊柱外科手术中得到广泛的应用。
颈椎融合器是在治疗颈椎退变性疾病的基础上发展起来的,通过前路手术,确保颈椎节段的融合。颈椎前路植骨融合术是治疗颈椎病最常用的方法,目前椎间融合的金标准仍是自体骨植入,因取材方便、无排斥反应、愈合能力强而备受推崇;但自体骨取材多需二次手术、且骨量有限;金属或有机材料融合器方便使用,无需取骼骨,但需永久植人,不可吸收,常产生金属腐蚀或材料碎屑、应力遮挡、异物感、金属结构松脱等并发症,且价格昂贵,难于普及应用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种具有稳定性强,融合率高的特点的颈椎融合骨环。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
颈椎融合骨环由通孔(1)、齿(2)、螺纹孔(3)组成,其特征在于:颈椎融合骨环选用同种骨材料,颈椎融合骨环外形为楔形,上端面呈弧状;齿(2)分布在颈椎融合骨环上下端面处,均有菱形状。
齿(2)分布在颈椎融合骨环上下端面处,均为菱形状,能够稳定固定,达到融合作用,保证所有方向上的稳定性,解剖外形遵循椎体前缘结构。
通过术前CT或X光等诊断病症,实施手术,首先确定手术位置,作切口,显露相应的椎体、椎间盘,植入颈椎融合骨环,定位固定,最终固定至手术要求,从而达到加强椎体强度的功效。
本实用新型采用同种骨材料,具有骨传导和骨诱导作用,表面与椎体完全接触,能促进椎体早期融合,椎体融合后,使金属材料产生的并发症消失。
本实用新型选用生物相容性和机械特性好的同种骨材料,代替了目前使用金属融合器再植骨的方式,可在术中准确定位及术后观察其间的骨性融合情况,本实用新型在手术中使用方便,固定牢靠,能很好的恢复和保持椎间高度及生理前凸,稳定性强,操作便捷实用,适宜于骨科临床推广应用。
