Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种生物型脊柱椎间融合器,包括表面的多孔结构和内部的三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构。所述融合器的表面含有羟基磷灰石涂层;所述表面的多孔结构和内部的三维多孔组织工程支架结构相互连通。本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,生物相容性好,植入体内后骨组织和融合器可通过“生长”成为一体,可有效避免脊柱融合术后不融合或假关节的形成等并发症的发生,具有很好的临床使用效果。

一种生物型脊柱椎间融合器
技术领域
本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种生物型脊柱椎间融合器。
背景技术
脊拄融合术最初由Hibbs等在1911年报道,之后Mercer于1936年提出椎体间融合的理论后,脊柱融合手术得到了很快的发展,20世纪80年代开始应用椎间融合器加植骨融合治疗下腰痛并取得了很好的疗效。从此,脊柱融合术从单纯的植骨技术发展到了融合器融合。
脊柱融合术是目前临床上最常用的手术方式之一,是治疗脊柱结核、感染、畸形、退行性病变以及椎间盘损伤等脊柱疾患的有效手段。它主要通过在椎间隙植入椎间融合器,同时植入大量的自体骨或同种异体骨,从而实现椎体间融合,达到稳定脊柱的目的。
目前的脊柱融合器植入椎间隙主要起支撑作用,不能诱导成骨,因此往往需要在融合器中植入自体骨或同种异体骨,以达到骨性融合的目的,自体骨需要从患者的身体内取出,往往会给患者身心带来很大的痛苦,而同种异体骨不但价格昂贵,而且融合效果也不理想,经常出现腰椎术后假关节形成等腰椎不融合的情况。
羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite, HA)被认为是目前生物相容性最好的生物陶瓷之一,这主要是由于HA与人体骨组织中的无机成分相似,植入人体后在短期内能与骨骼形成骨性结合并具有诱导成骨作用,因此在临床上被广泛作为生物活性涂层材料,但是到目前为止,还没有关于羟基磷灰石涂层融合器的报道。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提出一种通过表面羟基磷灰石涂层和内部骨组织工程支架结构诱导骨组织生长的生物型脊柱椎间融合器。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是。
将椎间融合器的表面加工成含羟基磷灰石涂层的多孔结构,内部加工成具有一定孔隙率的三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构,椎间融合器表面的多孔结构和内部三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构相互连通。
手术过程中,彻底刮除椎体间病变的椎间盘和椎间隙上下方的终板软骨,将该生物型脊柱椎间融合器植入椎间隙,在表面羟基磷灰石的诱导作用下,骨组织便可通过椎间融合器表面的多孔结构长入融合器内部,在内部三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构的诱导下长入整个融合器,从而使融合器与周围骨组织“生长”成为一体,有效避免了脊柱融合术后不融合或假关节形成等并发症的发生,具有很好的临床使用效果。
本实用新型的优点和有益效果在于。
本实用新型通过融合器表面HA涂层和内部三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构的诱导作用,融合器与骨组织间通过“生长”成为一体,不但克服了现有技术中需要大量植骨缺点,而且融合器与周围骨组织通过“生长”成为一体,有效避免了脊柱融合术后不融合或假关节形成等并发症的发生,具有很好的临床使用效果。

 下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步说明。
实施例1。
如图1所示,将椎间融合器的表面加工成含羟基磷灰石涂层1的多孔结构2,内部加工成具有一定孔隙率的三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构3,椎间融合器表面的多孔结构1和内部三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构3相互连通。
手术过程中,彻底刮除椎体间病变的椎间盘和椎间隙上下方的终板软骨,将该生物型脊柱椎间融合器植入椎间隙,在表面羟基磷灰石1的诱导作用下,骨组织便可通过椎间融合器表面的多孔结构2长入融合器内部,在内部三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构3的诱导下长入整个融合器,从而使融合器与周围骨组织“生长”成为一体,有效避免了脊柱融合术后不融合或假关节形成等并发症的发生,具有很好的临床使用效果。

1.一种生物型脊柱椎间融合器,包括表面的多孔结构和内部的三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构,所述融合器的表面含有羟基磷灰石涂层;所述表面的多孔结构和内部的三维多孔组织工程支架结构相互连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物型脊柱椎间融合器,其特征在于:表面的多孔结构可以分布于整个融合器表面,也可以根据需要仅分布于融合器与上下椎体接触部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物型脊柱椎间融合器,其特征在于:表面的多孔结构在形态和大小上无固定要求。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物型脊柱椎间融合器,其特征在于:内部的三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构具有一定的孔隙率。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物型脊柱椎间融合器,其特征在于:内部的三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构的材料不限于和融合器一致。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物型脊柱椎间融合器,其特征在于:内部的三维多孔骨组织工程支架结构的材料可以是金属、陶瓷、天然或合成高分子材料,但不限于单一材料。
