技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种机器人巡检系统,特别是涉及一种基于分层控制结构的机器人巡检系统。
背景技术
长期以来,我国电力行业的变电站设备巡检系统依然采用以机器人获取巡检信息,通过网络桥接反馈于基站层面在监控界面显示巡检信息;但现有的变电站机器人巡检系统都是采用传统架构,信息不能直接反馈给关键人员,使得操作人员不能第一时间获得设备温度、缺陷、故障信息,并且对设备台账信息的直接获取存在空白,在移动层方面也无法直接采取控制、获取展示信息,操作繁琐不便的同时也不能很直观、及时地展现变电站巡检信息和设备台账信息。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中一种机器人巡检系统所存在的缺陷,提供一种基于分层控制结构的机器人巡检系统来解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种基于分层控制结构的机器人巡检系统,其特征在于:包括基站层和移动站层,所述基站层包括监控主站和网络桥接器,所述监控主站包括基站监控终端和基站服务器,所述基站服务器通过以太网分别与网络桥接器和基站监控终端相连,所述移动站层包括移动监控终端和机器人,所述移动监控终端和基站服务器通过无线网络通讯方式连接,所述机器人和网络桥接器通过无线网络通讯方式连接。
上述的一种基于分层控制结构的机器人巡检系统,其特征在于:所述基站服务器中设有数据库模块,所述数据库模块连接移动监控终端和基站监控终端。
上述的一种基于分层控制结构的机器人巡检系统,其特征在于:所述基站监控终端和移动监控终端安装有用于监视巡检过程数据及机器人巡检位置的变电站巡检监控模块。
本实用新型的有益效果为:通过分层控制结构使操作人员无论在移动站层还是在基站层都可以通过监控终端直观的了解机器人的巡检信息及设备台账信息,对设备的实时数据及机器人巡检信息全方位进行实时把控。

参看图1,一种基于分层控制结构的机器人巡检系统,包括基站层1和移动站层2,基站层1包括监控主站3和网络桥接器4,监控主站3包括基站监控终端5和基站服务器6,基站服务器6通过以太网分别与网络桥接器4和基站监控终端5相连,移动站层2包括移动监控终端7和机器人8,移动监控终端7和基站服务器6通过无线通讯连接,机器人8和网络桥接器4通过无线通讯连接。
基站服务器6中设有数据库模块,数据库模块连接移动监控终端7和基站监控终端5,基站监控终端5和移动监控终端7安装有用于监视巡检过程数据及机器人巡检位置的变电站巡检监控模块,基站监控终端5通过以太网连接基站服务器6获取机器人8巡检信息并对机器人8进行操控,移动监控终端7通过无线网络连接基站服务器6获取机器人8巡检信息及设备台账信息也可对机器人8进行操控,通过分层控制结构使操作人员无论在移动站层2还是在基站层1都可以通过监控终端直观的了解机器人8的巡检信息及设备台账信息,对设备的实时数据及机器人8巡检信息全方位进行实时把控。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于分层控制结构的机器人巡检系统,其特征在于:所述基站服务器中设有数据库模块,所述数据库模块连接移动监控终端和基站监控终端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于分层控制结构的机器人巡检系统,其特征在于:所述基站监控终端和移动监控终端安装有用于监视巡检过程数据及机器人巡检位置的变电站巡检监控模块。
