本实用新型公开了可换阀座的止回阀，包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣和阀盖，阀体的顶部由阀盖进行盖住，阀体的两侧分别设为介质进口和介质出口，阀座在介质进口一侧的阀体内安装，阀瓣在阀体阀腔内上下摆动设置，当止回阀处于关闭状态时，阀瓣向下盖在阀座上阻断介质进口与阀体阀腔相通，其特征在于：阀体内设有阀座装配孔及箍环槽，阀座在阀座装配孔内可拆卸安装，阀座由设于箍环槽内的箍环进行箍住防止从阀座装配孔内往外脱出。本实用新型的优点是阀座能够方便省力地进行更换，修护成本低、周期短，安全环保。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种止回阀的改进发明。
背景技术：
目前，国内外生产的止回阀，阀座与阀体的连接方式不外乎以下几种形式：1.在阀体本体上堆焊阀座，2.阀座采用螺纹连接方式与阀体连接，但拆卸后螺纹会变形损坏不能再次使用，3.阀座采用焊接方式与阀体连接。上述几种的阀座与阀体连接方式，共同缺点就是当阀座密封面损坏、划伤或开裂产生泄漏时，无法更换，无法修复，或修复成本较高，甚至整个阀体报废，要购买新的阀门才能解决，这就造成用户的维修成本的增加，而且还影响到生产周期。
发明内容：
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种阀座能够方便省力地进行更换，修护成本低、周期短，安全环保的可换阀座止回阀。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
可换阀座的止回阀，包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣和阀盖，阀体的顶部由阀盖进行盖住，阀体的两侧分别设为介质进口和介质出口，阀座在介质进口一侧的阀体内安装，阀瓣在阀体阀腔内上下摆动设置，当止回阀处于关闭状态时，阀瓣向下盖在阀座上阻断介质进口与阀体阀腔相通，其特征在于：阀体内设有阀座装配孔及箍环槽，阀座在阀座装配孔内可拆卸安装，阀座由设于箍环槽内的箍环进行箍住防止从阀座装配孔内往外脱出。
上述技术方案的可换阀座止回阀，当阀座密封面损坏、开裂或其它因素出现泄漏现象时，只要取下箍环槽内的箍环，即可将阀座从阀体的阀座装配孔内取出，然后阀座就可以进行修复或更换新的阀座，又方便又省力，而且修护成本降低、周期短，安全环保。
作为优选，阀座外圆与阀座装配孔之间设有O型圈密封。上述设计确保止回阀内部避免出现内泄漏。

具体实施方式：
如图所示，本实用新型的可换阀座的止回阀，包括阀体2、阀座3、阀瓣4和阀盖8，阀体2的顶部由阀盖8进行盖住，阀体2的两侧分别设为介质进口1和介质出口9，阀座3在介质进口一侧的阀体内安装，阀体2内设有阀座装配孔及箍环槽，阀座在阀座装配孔内可拆卸安装，阀座2由设于箍环槽内的箍环10进行箍住防止从阀座装配孔内往外脱出，阀座2外圆与阀座装配孔之间设有O型圈11密封，阀瓣4在阀体阀腔内上下摆动设置，阀瓣4安装于摇臂5上，摇臂5通过销轴6活动连接于支架7上，支架7与阀体2固定连接，当止回阀处于关闭状态时，阀瓣依靠重力作用向下盖在阀座上阻断介质进口与阀体阀腔相通，当止回阀进口进入一定压力介质时，介质压力推开阀瓣，阀瓣与阀座脱离接触并向上摆动，止回阀处于单向开启状态。

1.可换阀座的止回阀，包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣和阀盖，阀体的顶部由阀盖进行盖住，阀体的两侧分别设为介质进口和介质出口，阀座在介质进口一侧的阀体内安装，阀瓣在阀体阀腔内上下摆动设置，当止回阀处于关闭状态时，阀瓣向下盖在阀座上阻断介质进口与阀体阀腔相通，其特征在于：阀体内设有阀座装配孔及箍环槽，阀座在阀座装配孔内可拆卸安装，阀座由设于箍环槽内的箍环进行箍住防止从阀座装配孔内往外脱出。
2. 如权利要求1所述的可换阀座的止回阀，其特征在于：阀座外圆与阀座装配孔之间设有O型圈密封。
