硅酸钙与聚氨酯发泡材料一体化保温板，由硅酸钙板、聚氨酯发泡材料和水泥板组成。硅酸钙板、聚氨酯发泡材料和水泥板按顺序叠加在一起设置，采用聚氨酯的发泡过程直接将硅酸钙板和水泥板粘合在一起。所述的水泥板在制作的过程中加入一层无纺布或网格布。本实用新型聚氨酯发泡材料本身就不易燃烧，在聚氨酯发泡材料的两侧覆盖上硅酸钙板和水泥板，更加能增强其防火性能；本结构能够达到很好的保温效果，同时，采用此种结构具有很好的隔音效果，其实用性比较强。

本实用新型涉及保温板，尤其涉及硅酸钙与聚氨酯发泡材料一体化保温板。
背景技术
目前建筑物外墙的保温板多采用EPS板、ASPS板等材质制成，这种材料虽能起到保温的作用，但是由于其都死脂类材料，燃点低，不能起到防火作用，在建筑物发生火灾时会加速火势蔓延，安全系数不高，且该种材料使用寿命不高，一般在外墙设置3-5年后会发生褪色掉渣现象，其制作的施工工艺相对复杂，成本造价高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种硅酸钙与聚氨酯发泡材料一体化保温板，解决现行的保温墙在使用过程中遇到的诸多问题。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案：
硅酸钙与聚氨酯发泡材料一体化保温板，由硅酸钙板、聚氨酯发泡材料和水泥板组成。
硅酸钙板、聚氨酯发泡材料和水泥板按顺序叠加在一起设置，采用聚氨酯的发泡过程直接将硅酸钙板和水泥板粘合在一起。
所述的水泥板在制作的过程中加入一层无纺布或网格布。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案的有益效果：
聚氨酯发泡材料本身就不易燃烧，在聚氨酯发泡材料的两侧覆盖上硅酸钙板和水泥板，更加能增强其防火性能；本结构能够达到很好的保温效果，同时，采用此种结构具有很好的隔音效果，其实用性比较强。
本一体化保温板的最外层采用硅酸钙材质，具有耐腐蚀、防潮等的优越性能，能够大大增加保温板的使用寿命。

1.硅酸钙与聚氨酯发泡材料一体化保温板，其特征是：它由硅酸钙板（1）、聚氨酯发泡材料（2）和水泥板（3）组成，硅酸钙板（1）、聚氨酯发泡材料（2）和水泥板（3）一次叠加在一起，采用聚氨酯的发泡过程直接将硅酸钙板（1）和水泥板（3）粘合在一起。
