背景技术
纸机涂布导辊引纸绳轮是纸机涂布导纸辊的一个重要部件,其主要作用是在引纸绳的拉动下转动,将纸头引过导纸辊。引纸绳轮的转动主要靠绳轮轴套上安装的轴承来实现,轴套通过顶丝固定在背辊轴头上。在实际使用过程中,经常发生由于轴套松动造成绳轮与导纸辊间隙变化,造成引纸操作困难,严重时绳轮与轴头松动脱开,严重的影响了生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种有效防止轴套松动的纸机涂布导辊引纸绳轮装置。
为实现上述发明目的所采取的技术方案为:
一种纸机涂布导辊引纸绳轮装置,包括引纸绳轮、轴承及轴套,其特征是:所述轴套的内孔为锥孔,该锥孔内安装有内胀紧套。
所述轴套与内胀紧套上均开有相互配套螺孔。
本实用新型的纸机涂布导辊引纸绳轮装置轴套的内孔改成锥孔,利用安装在该锥孔内的内胀紧套将绳轮与轴进行装配,避免了绳轮的松动甚至脱落,并且通过螺钉调节绳轮的间隙和胀紧程度,使引纸生产持续进行,提高了生产效率,减少了维修量,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型纸机纸机涂布导辊引纸绳轮装置是在现有技术上的改进,其基本结构如图1和图2所示,包括引纸绳轮1,安装引纸绳轮1的轴承6,安装轴承6的轴套7,采用螺钉2固定在引纸绳轮1上且压紧轴承的透盖3,还有用于密封的密封装置4,及轴用挡圈5。改进点在于将上述轴套7的内孔加工成锥孔,锥孔内安装内胀紧套9,内胀紧套9和轴套7上均开有相互配套的螺孔8,用于安装螺钉,实现绳轮间隙和胀紧程度的调节。

1.一种纸机涂布导辊引纸绳轮装置,包括引纸绳轮(1)、轴承(6)及轴套(7),其特征是:所述轴套(7)的内孔为锥孔,该锥孔内安装有内胀紧套(9)。
2.按照权利要求所述的纸机涂布导辊引纸绳轮装置,其特征是:所述轴套(7)与内胀紧套(9)上均开有相互配套螺孔(8)。
