一种填料式机械振动袋式除尘器,它包括布袋、花板、储灰槽、进气口、填料层、出气口和壳体,其特征在于出气口和进气口均连接在壳体的同一侧,壳体内的底部为储灰槽,进气口与储灰槽连通,位于储灰槽正上方的壳体内设有花板,位于花板正上方的壳体内设有若干个布袋,布袋外周均设有填料层,出气口与位于布袋上方的壳体连通;本实用新型通过多种除尘方法相结合,有效提高锅炉烟尘除尘效率,除尘器除填料物外全部一般材料,降低了设备投资成本,并且结构紧凑,能适应各种工作环境,除尘能耗低,操作和维护都非常方便简单。

背景技术
常见的锅炉烟气的除尘装置有电除尘、袋式,惯性除尘装置等,为提高除尘效率人们通常将其串联使用,或对其进行改装但往往使其占地面积或制作成本大大提高,在除尘时能耗也非常高;这样既不利于生产,也不能很好地协调维护各种除尘器设备,在实际生产中停产率非常高,这类设备的实际推广应用价值不大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种填料式机械振动袋式除尘器,它具有操作简单、除尘效率高和低碳环保的优点。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括布袋、花板、储灰槽、进气口、填料层、出气口和壳体, 其特征在于出气口和进气口均连接在壳体的同一侧,壳体内的底部为储灰槽,进气口与储灰槽连通,位于储灰槽正上方的壳体内设有花板,位于花板正上方的壳体内设有若干个布袋,布袋外周均设有填料层,出气口与位于布袋上方的壳体连通。
本实用新型的技术效果是:本实用新型通过多种除尘方法相结合,有效提高锅炉烟尘除尘效率,除尘器除填料物外全部一般材料,降低了设备投资成本,并且结构紧凑,能适应各种工作环境,除尘能耗低,操作和维护都非常方便简单。

如图1所示,本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括布袋1、花板2、储灰槽3、进气口4、填料层5、出气口6和壳体7, 其结构特点是出气口6和进气口4均连接在壳体7的同一侧,壳体7内的底部为储灰槽3,进气口4与储灰槽3连通,位于储灰槽3正上方的壳体7内设有花板2,位于花板2正上方的壳7体内设有若干个布袋1,布袋1外周均设有填料层5,出气口6与位于布袋1上方的壳体7连通。
本实用新型的实施过程是这样的,布袋1可用玻璃纤维,除尘器构架可用花岗岩、钢板等其他就较为坚固的材料,填料层内充高吸附性的材料,气体从下方进气口4进入设备,通过布袋1(袋式除尘器)和填料层5滤过两层除尘,大大提高了除尘效率,最后气体从设备上方的出气口6排出。
