目前,应用于一些高层建筑、船舶地铁、机场、车站等的自动安全消防系统和信号传输系统中轻型防火信号电缆得到广泛应用,公知的轻型防火信号电缆是采用在铜包铝导体上挤包低烟无卤辐照的交联聚烯烃绝缘层,绝缘线芯绞合成缆,间隙用聚丙烯撕裂带进行填充,缆芯外绕包一层聚酯带构成隔离层,隔离层外采用铜包铝丝编织做屏蔽层,屏蔽层外绕包一层低烟无卤辐照的交联聚烯烃材料构成外护套。绝缘、隔离层、外护层均采用低烟、无卤材料。该种轻型防火信号电缆的导体和屏蔽层均采用了铜包铝材料,成本低,且衰减、抗干扰能力显著,保证了信号、信号传输的精确度,绝缘、护套采用低烟无卤辐照的交联聚烯烃材料,使得电缆烟密度小、无毒气产生,电缆机械性能优越等优点。但其防火性能差,又采用铜包铝丝编织做屏蔽层,导致电缆的重量重,硬度大,成本高。
发明内容: 
本实用型的目的是提供一种重量轻、成本低、柔韧性大,防火、防水经性能高,抗干扰能力强的轻型防火信号电缆。

一种轻型防火信号电缆,包括电缆缆芯和电缆外层,其特征是:电缆缆芯由导体、防火层、绝缘层、防水材料组成;电缆外层由隔离层、屏蔽层和外护套组成。

本实用型的有益效果是:导体上绕一层防火层提高了电缆的防火能力,防火层外挤包低烟无卤辐照的交联聚烯烃作绝缘层,使导体之间的绝缘性能增强,绝缘层之间填充防水材料作为缆芯,防水能力强。屏蔽层由一层密封的铝塑膜构成,减少了电缆的硬度,提高了电缆的柔韧性,大大降低了电缆的成本,且衰减、抗干扰能力显著,保证了信号、信号传输的精确度。外护套采用低烟无卤辐照的交联聚烯烃材料做成,使得电缆烟密度小、无毒气产生,电缆机械性能优越。

如图所示:一种轻型防火信号电缆,包括电缆缆芯和电缆外层,其特征是:电缆缆芯由导体1、防火层2、绝缘层3、防水材料4组成;电缆外层由隔离层5、屏蔽层6和外护套7组成。导体1采用铜包铝线,在导体1上绕一层防火层2,防火层2外挤包低烟无卤辐照的交联聚烯烃作绝缘层3,绝缘层3之间填充防水材料4作为缆芯。隔离层5由一层聚酯带薄膜构成,绕包在缆芯外面。所述屏蔽层6由一层密封的铝塑膜构成,铝膜在外,塑膜在内。外护套7采用低烟无卤辐照的交联聚烯烃材料做成,均匀地挤包在屏蔽层6上。
