一种新型手握式电钻,它是在钻床上安装主轴,同时,将被动伞齿轮安装在主轴的右端,在钻床的内部安装有一电机,电机的轴线与主轴的轴线相垂直,在电机下部的电机轴上面安装有一飞轮,在电机上部的输出轴上安装有一电磁离合器,电磁离合器的上部与驱动轴相联结,将主动伞齿轮安装在驱动轴上,使主动伞齿轮与被动伞齿轮形成吻合。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种手握式电钻,特别是一种新型手握式电钻,属于电动工具技术领域。 
背景技术
目前,尽管手握式电钻在结构上不尽相同,但是,基本的结构都是由电机经过传动系统直接驱动主轴、钻头转动实现钻削的目的。这种类型的手电钻由于能量直接由电动机提供,在钻削开始或在钻削中突然负荷增加的情况下,必然会使电机的瞬时负荷增加,这样不但会使钻削无法正常进行下去,同时,还容易烧毁电机;此外,在这类结构的手握式电钻中,从电机到钻头之间的传动链是刚性的,钻头工作的开始与停止完成由电机的开停进行控制的,由于电机的转子在高速旋转的情况下储存了一定的能量,所以,一旦在工作中遇有危急的情况,尤其是刀具卡住的情况下,必须尽快实现停机,由于电机的转子储存了一定的能量、虽然电机已切断电源,但是,在惯性力的作用下,仍会有一定的扭矩传递到钻头,所以,仍存在一定的危险。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种新型手握式电钻,克服现有手握式电钻所存在的,在钻削开始或负荷突然增加的情况下,无法正常钻削、以及由此引发的容易烧毁电机的缺限;同时,也是为了克服现有手握式电钻所有存在的:在危急的情况下,无法立即停止手持电钻的工作状态,以及由此而引发的危险。 
本实用新型实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种新型手握式电钻,它是在钻床上安装主轴,同时,将被动伞齿轮安装在主轴的右端,在钻床的内部安装有一电机,电机的轴线与主轴的轴线相垂直,在电机下部的电机轴上面安 装有一飞轮,在电机上部的输出轴上安装有一电磁离合器,电磁离合器的上部与驱动轴相联结,将主动伞齿轮安装在驱动轴上,使主动伞齿轮与被动伞齿轮形成吻合。 
有益效果:本实用新型由于采用上述技术方案,所以,能克服现有手握式电钻所存在的,在钻削开始或负荷突然增加的情况下,无法正常钻削、以及由此引发的容易烧毁电机的缺限;同时,也克服了现有手握式电钻所有存在的:在危急的情况下,无法立即停止手持电钻的工作状态,以及由此而引发危险的缺陷。

具体实施方式
手握式电钻的结构有一钻床1,在钻床1上安装主轴2,同时,将被动伞齿轮3安装在主轴2的右端,在钻床1的内部安装有一电机7,电机7的轴线与主轴2的轴线相垂直,在电机7下部的电机轴上面安装有一飞轮8,在电机上部的输出轴上安装有一电磁离合器6,电磁离合器6的上部与驱动轴4相联结,将主动伞齿轮5安装在驱动轴4上,使主动伞齿轮5与被动伞齿轮3形成吻合。

1.一种新型手握式电钻,其特征是:在钻床(1)上安装主轴(2),同时,将被动伞齿轮(3)安装在主轴(2)的右端,在钻床(1)的内部安装有一电机(7),电机(7)的轴线与主轴(2)的轴线相垂直,在电机(7)下部的电机轴上面安装有一飞轮(8),在电机上部的输出轴上安装有一电磁离合器(6),电磁离合器(6)的上部与驱动轴(4)相联结,将主动伞齿轮(5)安装在驱动轴(4)上,使主动伞齿轮(5)与被动伞齿轮(3)形成吻合。
