本实用新型公开了一种股骨柄植入体。所述股骨柄植入体3在靠近股骨颈1的一端套有多孔钽柄套2;所述多孔钽柄套2的内腔形状与所述股骨柄植入体3对应位置的外表面形状完全相同;所述股骨柄植入体3上设置有一至多个附着孔4。这种结构的股骨柄植入体,减小了植入体对骨髓腔的伤害,提高了植入体的生物相容性,有效延长了植入体的使用寿命。

背景技术
种植手术是一种治疗和修复骨损伤的手术,在身体各个部位的治疗中发挥了很大作用,得到了广泛应用。种植手术经常用于治疗髋关节损伤,将植入体植入人体以替代原有的骨组织。现有技术中股骨柄植入体表面一般具有纵向凹槽,其作用在于减少剪切力,增加骨水泥对植入体的附着作用。但现有的植入体存在对骨髓腔伤害大、生物相容性不足、使用寿命短等缺陷,需进行进一步的改进。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种对骨髓腔伤害小、生物相容性好、使用寿命长的股骨柄植入体。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:股骨柄植入体在靠近股骨颈的一端套有多孔钽柄套;所述多孔钽柄套的内腔形状与所述股骨柄植入体对应位置的外表面形状完全相同;所述股骨柄植入体上设置有一至多个附着孔。
作为对本技术方案的改进,所述多孔钽柄套为分体结构,分为上下两片,两片之间具有卡扣结构。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,减小了植入体对骨髓腔的伤害,提高了植入体的生物相容性,有效延长了植入体的使用寿命。

为方便制造和安装,所述多孔钽柄套2为分体结构,分为上下两片,两片之间具有卡扣结构。
本实施例中所述附着孔4数量为13个。
附着孔可增加股骨柄植入体的固定力度。多孔钽柄套硬度较小,生物相容性较强,能有效减少植入体对骨髓腔的伤害,改善愈合效果,延长植入体的使用寿命。
