本实用新型公开了一种髋关节植入体。所述髋关节植入体由股骨颈1和股骨柄2组成;所述股骨柄2分为靠近所述股骨颈1的近端3和远离所述股骨颈1的远端4,所述近端3与所述远端4为螺纹连接;所述近端3与所述股骨颈1为螺纹连接;所述近端3由多孔钽材料构成,所述股骨颈1和所述远端4由致密金属材料构成;所述近端3上设有四条水平的凸棱5;所述凸棱5相互平行,首尾对齐,间隔距离相等。这种结构的髋关节植入体,使植入体不易旋转下沉,使固位更加稳定,植入体安全性更高,提高了植入体的生物相容性,改善了植入体与人体骨质的结合效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种髋关节植入体,尤其涉及一种不易旋转下沉、固位稳定、安全性高、生物相容性强的髋关节植入体。
背景技术
种植手术是一种治疗和修复骨损伤的手术,在身体各个部位的治疗中发挥了很大作用,得到了广泛应用。
种植手术经常用于治疗髋关节损伤,将种植植入体植入人体以替代原有的骨组织。现有技术中髋关节植入体表面一般具有纵向凹槽,其作用在于减少剪切力,增加骨水泥对植入体的附着作用。但现有的植入体容易旋转下沉,固位不稳,安全性不高。而且,现有的植入体所用材料生物相容性不强,恢复缓慢,与骨质结合效果不好。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种不易旋转下沉、固位稳定、安全性高、生物相容性强的髋关节植入体。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:髋关节植入体由股骨颈和股骨柄组成;所述股骨柄分为靠近所述股骨颈的近端和远离所述股骨颈的远端,所述近端与所述远端为螺纹连接;所述近端与所述股骨颈为螺纹连接;所述近端由多孔钽材料构成,所述股骨颈和所述远端由致密金属材料构成;所述近端上设有四条水平的凸棱;所述凸棱相互平行,首尾对齐,间隔距离相等。
作为对本技术方案的改进,所述远端横截面为类矩形。
作为对本技术方案的改进,所述股骨颈和所述远端由钛金属构成。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,使植入体不易旋转下沉,使固位更加稳定,植入体安全性更高,提高了植入体的生物相容性,改善了植入体与人体骨质的结合效果。

所述远端4横截面为类矩形。
所述股骨颈1和所述远端4优选钛金属。
植入体结构简单,制造方便,无需特殊加工。凸棱的设计能有效防止植入体旋转下沉,相对于普通的纵向凹槽,具有更好的固位效果,安全性更高。多孔钽材质能提高整体的生物相容性,改善植入体与人体骨质的结合效果,有利于植入体快速发挥支撑功能。

1.一种髋关节植入体,其特征在于:所述髋关节植入体由股骨颈(1)和股骨柄(2)组成;所述股骨柄(2)分为靠近所述股骨颈(1)的近端(3)和远离所述股骨颈(1)的远端(4),所述近端(3)与所述远端(4)为螺纹连接;所述近端(3)与所述股骨颈(1)为螺纹连接;所述近端(3)由多孔钽材料构成,所述股骨颈(1)和所述远端(4)由致密金属材料构成;所述近端(3)上设有四条水平的凸棱(5);所述凸棱(5)相互平行,首尾对齐,间隔距离相等。
