在传统的月饼、包子、饺子等面食食品加工过程中，一般是采用手工的方式将面团揪出一个个面剂，再将面剂包馅加工成成品。手工分剂存在工作效率低及计量不准确的缺点。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种工作效率高及计量准确的面皮分剂器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：它包括模具和压板，模具是由四个边板构成的矩形框体，模具的底部设有纵向和横向的切割线将模具的下端口分成若干个等大小的矩形格，压板为大小与模具内边相适应的矩形板体，压板上设有拉手。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，它包括模具1和压板2，模具1是由四个边板构成的矩形框体，模具1的底部设有纵向和横向的切割线3将模具1的下端口分成若干个等大小的矩形格，压板2为大小与模具1内边相适应的矩形板体，压板2上设有拉手4。所述模具1于相对的两边框外缘处设有手执部5。
使用时，模具1平放到面案上，先将称好重量的面团放入模具1围起的空间中摊平并用压板2压实，再将模具1和压板2整体端起，用双手按压压板2将面团从切割线3方向挤出，面团既被切割成若干等大小的面剂。
