本实用新型涉及一种耐热型配电柜顶盖。
背景技术
目前，配电柜广泛使用在各种电气系统中。安装在户外的配电柜，有时并没有单独加盖配电房，在外界天气环境恶劣时，配电柜容易受到雨水的侵蚀。在太阳暴晒下，也容易发生配电柜温度过热，从而影响配电柜的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术中之不足，提供一种可避免雨水侵蚀且具有一定隔热效果的耐热型配电柜顶盖。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种耐热型配电柜顶盖，设置在配电柜顶部，顶盖包括与配电柜顶部固定连接的支撑架，所述支撑架上方固定有开口向下的弧形防水板，所述的弧形防水板表面均布有引流槽，弧形防水板下表面则粘附有隔热板。
进一步的，引流槽截面为三角形。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型提供的耐热型配电柜顶盖，结构简单，造价低廉，可有效引导雨水流向，避免雨水侵蚀下方配电柜，同时设置的隔热板可有效阻隔顶部热量，防止配电柜顶部温度过高从而影响使用寿命。

如图1和图2所示的一种耐热型配电柜顶盖，设置在配电柜1顶部，顶盖包括与配电柜1顶部固定连接的支撑架2，所述支撑架2上方固定有开口向下的弧形防水板3，所述的弧形防水板3表面均布有引流槽4。进一步的，为了更好地提高引流槽4的引导效果，引流槽4截面为三角形。雨水可顺着引流槽4流出，而不会直接落到配电柜1顶部，侵蚀配电柜1。弧形防水板3下表面则粘附的隔热板5，则可有效阻隔顶部热量，防止配电柜1顶部温度过高从而影响使用寿命。如此设计的顶盖不仅结构简单，而且成本低廉，防水隔热效果良好。
