本实用新型公开了一种自粘式调光膜,该自粘式调光膜主要是由自粘层和调光膜组成,能直接粘贴于玻璃上进行使用,在断电时,自粘式调光膜整体呈不透明状态(类似普通毛玻璃),在通电时,自粘式调光膜会迅速变得清亮透明。任何调光膜经过简单加工后,都能实现自粘式调光膜,此自粘式调光膜性能卓越,方便实用,不仅大大的降低了调光膜的应用成本,同时拓宽了调光膜的应用领域。

本实用新型属于薄膜产品加工制造领域,尤其涉及一种自粘式调光膜。
背景技术
   调光膜是一种新型的电子控光产品,通过外加电场的控制,便可实现调光膜在无色透明与乳白色不透明两种状态之间的快速变换。
   调光膜已经问世20多年了,由于前期膜对潮湿敏感,所以玻璃夹胶就成为实际应用的必要保护手段。调光玻璃也就成为主要的应用,调光玻璃是特殊的夹层玻璃,加工工艺看似简单却非常复杂,任何一道工序掌握不好,都将导致调光玻璃出现质量问题,另外调光玻璃需提前设计并且需要在玻璃安装前做成调光玻璃,不能应用于一些成熟的门窗,这使调光膜缺失了很大一片市场。目前调光膜成本普遍偏高,加上制成调光玻璃后又大大的增加了成本,使其很难得到广泛的应用。
   随着调光膜技术的进一步提升,调光膜不再对潮湿敏感,而且在无夹胶保护的情况下非常耐用,所以调光膜能直接粘贴在玻璃上进行使用。
   目前市面上大多数调光膜用无影胶、紫外固化胶等粘贴,操作非常复杂,且效率较低,开发一种可靠实用且成本较低的自粘式调光膜是当务之急。
发明内容
 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自粘式调光膜,该自粘式调光膜主要是由自粘层和调光膜组成,能直接粘贴在玻璃表面实现调光功能,解决目前调光膜贴玻璃的一系列难题,安装方便,下游用户只要按照操作指引就可安装,使用领域广阔,任何玻璃表面都可以安装;另外此种自粘式调光膜大大地降低了调光膜的应用成本,并拓宽了调光膜的应用领域。 
 本实用新型具有二层结构,依次是自粘层和调光膜。
 所述的自粘层具有三层结构,依次是亚克力胶层,PET基材和硅胶层,PET基材的厚度为20-50μm,亚克力胶层被涂布在PET基材的一面,厚度为10-30μm,与调光膜PET面的附着力为800~1500g/inch,硅胶层被涂布在PET基材的另一面,厚度为10-30μm,与玻璃的附着力为5~15g/inch。
 所述的自粘层是在洁净环境中生产,透过率为85~92%,自粘调光膜的透过率与调光膜的透过率基本一致。
   所述的调光膜可以是任何调光膜,比如液晶调光膜,电致变色调光膜,黑膜等。
   该自粘式调光膜采用卷对卷覆膜的生产方式,将自粘层的亚克力胶层覆在调光膜任一PET面。亚克力胶层与调光膜的PET面附着力较大,能形成一个整体,即自粘式调光膜。硅胶层与玻璃面的附着力适中,能自动赶除气泡,可反复进行贴膜,且与玻璃面粘贴紧密,使调光膜贴玻璃变得十分简单,只要把玻璃表面清洗干净即可粘贴。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
步骤一: 选用一款透过率为90%的自粘层,该自粘层的PET基材厚度为30μm;亚克力胶层厚度为20μm,与PET面粘度为1000g/inth;硅胶层厚度为20μm,与玻璃面的粘度为7g/inth;
步骤二: 选用一款通电状态透过率为80.5%,厚度为0.38mm的液晶调光膜;
步骤三: 用卷对卷覆膜机,将自粘层的亚克力胶层覆于调光膜任一PET面;
步骤四: 在同边做好电极,进行通电测试,自粘调光膜的透过率为80.3%。

1.一种自粘式调光膜,其特征是,有两层结构,依次是自粘层和调光膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自粘式调光膜,其特征是,所述的自粘层,有三层结构,依次是亚克力胶层,PET基材和硅胶层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自粘式调光膜,其特征是,所述的PET基材,厚度为20-50μm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的自粘式调光膜,其特征是,所述的亚克力胶层,被涂布在PET基材的一面,厚度为10-30μm,与调光膜PET面的附着力为800~1500g/inch。
5.根据权利要求2所述的自粘式调光膜,其特征是,所述的硅胶层,被涂布在PET基材的另一面,厚度为10-30μm,与玻璃的附着力为5~15g/inch。
6.根据权利要求1所述的自粘式调光膜,其特征是,采用卷对卷覆膜的生产方式,将自粘层的亚克力胶层覆在调光膜任一PET面。
