Abstract

一种颅颌面骨缺损定制体,由与颅颌面骨实际破损形状相吻合的修补片和用于固定该修补片的连接件组成;所述修补片的厚度在0.1-7mm之间、直径在20-300mm之间、弧度在±1°—±179°之间。本定制体可精确地恢复患者缺失部位的颅颌面骨,使其尽可能与颅颌面骨表面贴合,从而提高了术后损伤修补部位的安全系数、并且提高了解剖的修复效果,使医生操作更加方便。

颅颌面骨缺损定制体
技术领域:
本实用新型属于一种医疗器械,特别涉及一种可对颅骨损伤进行修补并长期植入人体内的神经外科医疗器材——颅颌面骨缺损定制体。 
背景技术:
由肿瘤手术、严重创伤、畸形矫正等情况引起的颅骨局部缺失及其修复已经成为常见的颅脑外科治疗病例。目前大多数此类手术均使用颅骨修补金属网板以代替缺失部位的颅骨,一般需要在手术中对金属网板进行裁剪、弯折、塑形等再加工以尽可能与颅骨表面贴合。可是,目前我国生产的颅骨修复金属网板,在手术中塑形较为困难,术后其修补表面形状与损伤前颅骨表面形状相差较大,从而降低了术后损伤修补部位的安全系数,加大了再度损伤的概率。另外,这种颅骨修复金属网板植入人体内后因气温的变化会使患者产生热感和冷感,而且会诱导生物异常放电引起的癫痫症状发作。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种与缺损部位吻合度高、解剖修复效果好、医生操作方便的颅颌面骨缺损定制体。 
如上构思,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种颅颌面骨缺损定制体,其特征在于:由与颅颌面骨实际破损形状相吻合的修补片和用于固定该修补片的连接件组成;所述修补片的厚度在0.1-7mm之间、直径在20-300mm之间、弧度在±1°-±179°之间。 
上述修补片的弧度高度在10-60mm之间。 
上述修补片的边缘小于实际破损颅颌面骨缺损边缘0.1-10mm。 
上述修补片的边缘大于实际破损颅颌面骨缺损边缘0.1-15mm。 
上述连接件采用连接片。 
上述连接件采用钛钉。 
本实用新型具有如下的优点和积极效果: 
1、本实用新型是由与颅颌面骨实际破损形状相吻合的修补片和用于固定该修补片的连接件组成;所述修补片的厚度在0.1-7mm之间、直径在20-300mm之间、弧度在±1°-±179°之间。因此本定制体可精确地恢复患者缺失部位的颅颌面骨,使其尽可能与颅颌面骨表面贴合,从而提高了术后损伤修补部位的安全系数、并且提高了解剖的修复效果。 
2、本实用新型可使用的医用高分子量聚乙烯制作,可塑性强,更加贴近人体的骨组织,植入人体内后患者感觉舒适,无热感和冷感。 
3、本实用新型中的连接件采用钛钉或连接片,使医生操作更加方便。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示:一种颅颌面骨缺损定制体,由与颅颌面骨实际破损形状相吻合的修补片1和用于固定该修补片的连接片2组成。所述修补片的厚度为0.8mm、直径为150mm、弧度为170°,弧度高度为20mm。上述修补片的边缘小于实际破损颅颌面骨缺损边缘8mm。修补片通过连接片及其两端的螺钉3与颅骨连接固定。 
如图2所示:所述修补片的边缘大于实际破损颅颌面骨缺损边缘0.1-15mm,该修补片通过钛钉4与颅骨连接固定。 
所述修补片可使用医用高分子量聚乙烯经过模具固化成型后制成的。所用模具是根据患者CT、MRI所采集的数据加工而成的。 
本实用新型具有很强的可塑性,可精确地恢复患者缺失部位的颅骨,提高术后损伤修补部位的安全系数。同时,植入人体内后患者感觉舒适,无热感和冷感。

1.一种颅颌面骨缺损定制体,其特征在于:由与颅颌面骨实际破损形状相吻合的修补片和用于固定该修补片的连接件组成;所述修补片的厚度在0.1-7mm之间、直径在20-300mm之间、弧度在±1°-±179°之间。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的颅颌面骨缺损定制体,其特征在于:上述修补片的弧度高度在10-60mm之间。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的颅颌面骨缺损定制体,其特征在于:上述修补片的边缘小于实际破损颅颌面骨缺损边缘0.1-10mm。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的颅颌面骨缺损定制体,其特征在于:上述修补片的边缘大于实际破损颅颌面骨缺损边缘0.1-15mm。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的颅颌面骨缺损定制体,其特征在于:上述连接件采用连接片。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的颅颌面骨缺损定制体,其特征在于:上述连接件采用钛钉。
