一种弹簧片式渐开线绘图仪,属于一种《机械设计基础》课程的教学仪器,其目的是解决手工绘图难以绘制准确渐开线的技术问题,帮助画出固定基圆的渐开线曲线。它由弹簧压板、滚轮、弹簧片、基圆盘、铅笔和螺钉构成。其特征是:弹簧片绕在基圆盘的圆周上,一端用螺钉固定在基圆盘的圆周上,另一端卷成圆形孔状,不绘图时也用螺钉固定在基圆盘的圆周上。基圆盘两侧开有环形槽,槽内放入滚轮,滚轮轴固定在弹簧压板上,弹簧压板压住弹簧片,使弹簧片与基圆盘贴紧。绘图时,松开弹簧片圆形孔端的螺钉,在孔内插入铅笔,手握铅笔,顺着弹簧片的弹力慢慢向外展开,此时滚轮绕环形槽滚动,弹簧片在弹簧压板的引导下,始终与基圆盘保持相切,在垂直于基圆盘轴线的纸上,画出渐开线曲线。

(二)背景技术
《机械设计基础》课程教学时,用现有尺规手工绘出准确的齿轮渐开线曲线比较困难。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种弹簧片式渐开线绘图仪,以解决手工绘制齿轮渐开线曲线的技术问题。
本实用新型要解决上述技术问题所采用的新的技术方案是这样实现的:它由弹簧压板、滚轮、弹簧片、基圆盘、铅笔和螺钉构成。其特征是:弹簧片绕在基圆盘的圆周上,一端用螺钉固定在基圆盘的圆周上,另一端卷成圆形孔状,不绘图时也用螺钉固定在基圆盘的圆周上。基圆盘两侧开有环形槽,槽内放入滚轮,滚轮轴固定在弹簧压板上,弹簧压板压住弹簧片,使弹簧片与基圆盘贴紧。绘图时,松开弹簧片圆形孔端的螺钉,在孔内插入铅笔,手握铅笔,顺着弹簧片的弹力慢慢向外展开,此时滚轮绕环形槽滚动,弹簧片在弹簧压板的引导下,始终与基圆盘保持相切,在垂直于基圆盘轴线的纸上,画出渐开线曲线。

下面结合附图,对本实用新型的一种弹簧片式渐开线绘图仪的技术方案作进一步说明:它的结构如附图所示,它由弹簧压板1、滚轮2、弹簧片3、基圆盘4、螺钉孔5、螺钉6、铅笔7和螺钉8构成。其特征是:弹簧片3穿过弹簧压板1,绕在基圆盘4的圆周上,一端用螺钉8固定在基圆盘4的圆周上,另一端卷成圆形孔状,不绘图时用螺钉6固定在基圆盘4的圆周上。基圆盘4两侧开有环形槽,槽内放入滚轮2,滚轮2的轴固定在弹簧压板1上,弹簧压板1压住弹簧片3,使弹簧片3与基圆盘4的圆周贴紧。绘图时,松开弹簧片3圆形孔端的螺钉6,在弹簧片3的圆形孔内放入铅笔7,手握铅笔7,顺着弹簧片3的弹力慢慢向外展开,此时滚轮绕环形槽滚动,弹簧片3在弹簧压板1的引导下,始终与基圆盘4保持相切,在垂直于基圆盘4轴线的纸上,画出渐开线曲线。当要绘制反向渐开线时,只需将基圆盘4反向放置,铅笔7反向安装,手握铅笔7,向外展开,就可画出相反方向的渐开线曲线。
