Abstract

一种针对大轴工件金相分析前需切割断面的对称双轴切割机。它采用双切割片同步对称切割,两切割片分别由电主轴带动高速旋转,电主轴安装在切割座体上,切割座体由交流伺服电机带动驱动切割片做进给运动,工件低速旋转通过变频电机驱动同步带带动两个对称的工件拖动轮来驱动,工件的移动和切割时的微量往复移动,由伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杠带动工件移动或往复微位移运动,工作台与导轨座通过升降机构带动使工件上下移动,以保证在切割时工件与切割片对心。

本发明涉及一种切割设备,具体是用于金相分析抛光之前的大轴类工件自动切割机。 
背景技术
现有金相切割机均为单轴切割,既只有一片切割片,在切割大轴类工件时切割效率低、切割片夹片、切割片易碎裂等缺陷,需研制一种对称双轴切割机。 
发明内容
为解决金相切割大轴类零件切割效率低、切割片夹片、切割片易碎裂等问题,本发明提供一种对称双轴切割机,该对称双轴切割机在切割时,两切割轮片高速旋转,工件低速旋转且在垂直于切割片的方向上做微量往复移动,既能切割,又能扩大切口,避免切割片夹片,切割效率高,切割精度高,切割面表面粗糙度小。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,对称双轴切割机的切割片、电主轴、切割座体、滚珠丝杠、切割伺服电机顺序链接安装在切割支座上,工件、工件拖动轮、工件旋转变频电机通过同步带相连安装在V型工作台上,V型工作台、滚珠丝杠、工作台进给伺服电机顺序相连安装在导轨座上,安装切割片的装置为两套,分别对称在工件两侧。采用双切割片对称切割,每个切割片由安装在切割体上的电主轴驱动高速旋转,电主轴是变频主轴电机,切割片的同步移动由交流伺服电机驱动精密滚珠丝杠使切割体移动,而带动切割片做切退运动。工件由对称的两个工件拖动轮来拖动,工件在切割时需做低速旋转运动,由安装在V型工作台上的工件旋转变频电机,通过同步带带动两个对称的工件拖动轮,使工件低速旋转。工件的移动和切割时的微量往复移动,由V型工作台进给交流伺服电机驱动精密滚珠丝杠带动工件移动或往复微位移运动。V型工作台与导轨座通过升降机构带动使工件上下移动,以保证在切割时工件与切割片对心。 
切割片安装在电主轴上,电主轴安装在切割座体上,切割座体与滚珠丝杠和切割支座相连,切割伺服电机安装在切割支座上并与滚珠丝杠相连。工件装在V型工作台上,工件拖动轮与工件旋转变频电机安装在V型工作台上,并通过同步带相连,V型工作台与导轨座、滚珠丝杠相连,滚珠丝杠与V型工作台进给伺服电机相连,安装在导轨座上,升降机构与机座和导轨座相连。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,可大轴类零件,切割效率高,切割效果好。

实施方式 
切割片(3)安装在电主轴(4)上,电主轴(4)安装在切割座体上,切割座体(5)与滚珠丝杠(6)和切割支座(1)相连,切割伺服电机(7)安装在切割支座(1)上并与滚珠丝杠(6)相连。工件(2)装在V型工作台(16)上,工件拖动轮(8)与工件旋转变频电机(15)安装在V型工作台(16)上,并通过同步带(10)相连,V型工作台(16)与导轨座(11)、滚珠丝杠(12)相连,滚珠丝杠(12)与V型工作台进给伺服电机(13)相连,安装在导轨座(11)上,升降机构(9)与机座(14)和导轨座(11)相连。 
工作时,工件旋转变频电机(15)通过同步带(10)驱动工件拖动轮(8)带动工件低速旋转,电主轴(4)带动切割片(3)高速切割,切割伺服电机(7)驱动切割座体(5)使切割片(3)做切割进给运动,V型工作台进给伺服电机(13)驱动V型工作台(16)带动工件(2)移动或做往复微位移运动。

1.一种对称双轴切割机, 包括切割片、电主轴、切割座体、滚珠丝杠、切割伺服电机顺序链接安装在切割支座上,工件、工件拖动轮、工件旋转变频电机通过同步带相连安装在V型工作台上,V型工作台、滚珠丝杠、工作台进给伺服电机顺序相连安装在导轨座上,其特征是:安装切割片的装置为两套,分别对称在工件两侧。
