本实用新型涉及一种化工行业的搅拌设备。
背景技术
化工行业荧光颜料的加工过程中，其中有一道工序为聚合反应，需要进行搅拌，在使用一段时间后，搅拌杆及搅拌叶片上有树脂附着，如不定期清理，附着层将越来越厚，不仅浪费了树脂，还降低了搅拌效率，增加能耗。
实用新型内容
本实用新型根据以上不足，提供了一种易清洗的搅拌机，将搅拌杆改为分体，便于拆卸清洗。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种易清洗的搅拌机，包括搅拌缸，搅拌缸的顶部固定有电机固定架，电机倒置地固定在电机固定架上，还包括上搅拌杆和下搅拌杆，上搅拌杆的上端与电机的转轴固定，下端与上法兰盘联接，下搅拌杆的上端与下法兰盘联接固定，下端联接搅拌叶片，上法兰盘和下法兰盘之间通过螺钉固定。
本实用新型一种易清洗的搅拌机具有结构简单、成本低、方便拆卸清洗的有益效果。

如图1所示，一种易清洗的搅拌机，包括搅拌缸7，搅拌缸7的顶部固定有电机固定架2，电机1倒置地固定在电机固定架2上，还包括上搅拌杆3和下搅拌杆6，上搅拌杆3的上端与电机1的转轴固定，下端与上法兰盘4联接，下搅拌杆6的上端与下法兰盘5联接固定，下端联接搅拌叶片8，上法兰盘4和下法兰盘5之间通过螺钉固定。
搅拌缸7的上方设置有较大的可封闭的入口，而上法兰盘4和下法兰盘5的位置接近该入口，便于人工操作。

1.一种易清洗的搅拌机，包括搅拌缸（7），搅拌缸（7）的顶部固定有电机固定架（2），电机（1）倒置地固定在电机固定架（2）上，其特征是：还包括上搅拌杆（3）和下搅拌杆（6），上搅拌杆（3）的上端与电机（1）的转轴固定，下端与上法兰盘（4）联接，下搅拌杆（6）的上端与下法兰盘（5）联接固定，下端联接搅拌叶片（8），上法兰盘（4）和下法兰盘（5）之间通过螺钉固定。
