本实用新型涉及一种厌氧反应器完全混合搅拌装置,在罐体底部中心部位固装有支架,其上安装有立轴,立轴顶端部位与电机输出轴相接,固定于罐体顶部的固定架上,电机下方的立轴上还装有水封管,支架与水封管之间的立轴上固装有多个桨叶。本实用新型结构紧凑、设计合理、易加工、成本低廉、低能耗无污染,安装简单、使用方便、操作强度小。

本实用新型涉及一种大型厌氧容器的完全混合搅拌装置,尤其是涉及一种。
背景技术
目前,搅拌的方式有多种,一种为两点上下侧搅拌,此种方式的弊病在于,搅拌盲点多,搅拌效果不明显,对动力设备的功率要求较大,不易安装检修麻烦,并且如安装时稍有不正确会遗留安全隐患。另一种为水力搅拌,此方式是利用液泵通过在罐体上部和下部安装布水装置将罐内上下部的料液进行置换,已达到完全混合的效果,此方法的弊病是,如果罐内料液的浓度控制不好,TS过高,则会影响液泵的正常工作,会产生堵泵或烧泵的情况。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种结构紧凑、设计合理,易加工、成本低廉、低能耗无污染的厌氧反应器完全混合搅拌装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:在罐体底部中心部位固装有支架,其上安装有立轴,立轴顶端部位与电机输出轴相接,固定于罐体顶部的固定架上,电机下方的立轴上还装有水封管,支架与水封管之间的立轴上固装有多个桨叶。
本实用新型的优点是:
结构紧凑、设计合理、易加工、成本低廉、低能耗无污染,安装简单、使用方便、操作强度小。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述。
由图1可知,本实用新型在罐体1底部中心部位固装有支架6,其上安装有立轴5,立轴5顶端部位与电机2输出轴相接,固定于罐体1顶部的固定架7上,电机2下方的立轴5上还装有水封管3,支架6与水封管3之间的立轴5上固装有多个桨叶4。
本实用新型将完全混合搅拌器安装在罐体的顶部,搅拌器的立轴及桨叶安装在罐内,立轴部位与罐体的密封方式为水封。因动力设备启动时速度较快,会影响叶片的使用寿命,所以搅拌器的启动方式为变频启动。其中一部分安装在罐体外,另一部分安装在罐体内,利用角钢支架将立轴搅拌器的电机固定在罐体上部位置,将立轴穿过水封管与其连接,立轴底部与同心固定支架相连。该装置的运行方式为变频启动,待转速逐步提高后,电机方可全速运转,此方可确保桨叶不会与立轴断裂。

1.一种厌氧反应器完全混合搅拌装置,包括罐体,其特征在于:在罐体(1)底部中心部位固装有支架(6),其上安装有立轴(5),立轴(5)顶端部位与电机(2)输出轴相接,固定在罐体(1)顶部安装的固定架(7)上,电机(2)下方的立轴(5)还装有水封管(3),支架(6)与水封管(3)之间的立轴(5)上固装有多个桨叶(4)。
