技术领域
    本实用新型涉及LED显示屏技术领域,尤其涉及一种带有导热结构的LED显示屏。
背景技术
LED显示屏是由多个半导体发光二极管按一定规则陈列组合而成,通过控制每一颗LED光源的亮灭来显示字符、图像或动画等各种信息的显示屏幕,LED显示屏在具体工作时是通过将电能转换为光能的形式来完成,由于光效等因素,在此过程中,不可避免的会产生相当一部份热量,而这些热量主要是分布在灯板上,过高的温度,会加速LED灯珠内部芯片的老化缩短显示屏的使用寿命,甚至会导致LED死灯等不良现象。为了避免上述情况发生,就目前市面上的LED显示屏而言,通常是采用高导热铝作为箱体散热部件,在灯板与箱体间设置一塑胶底壳,用于箱体与灯板间的连接固定与绝缘作用,此方法对于散热虽然有一点贡献,但由于灯板与作为主要散热部件的箱体间采用塑胶底壳绝缘,灯板上很大一部份的热量被阻隔开,而无法达到最好的散热效果。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种带有导热结构的LED显示屏。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种带有导热结构的LED显示屏,包括有灯板、高导热垫、金属底壳和散热箱体,所述的灯板是由LED灯珠通过SMT贴片方式焊接在PCB板上组成的显示单元灯板,所述的灯板的背面设有排母座,所述的排母座穿过所述的金属底壳和散热箱体并与散热箱体背面的转接板连接,所述的金属底壳和散热箱体通过螺丝固定连接,所述的高导热垫贴在金属底壳上,所述的灯板直接锁在金属底壳上,所述的高导热垫位于金属底壳和灯板之间。
所述的金属底壳为铝制底壳。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型采用一种铝制底壳,并在底壳与灯板之间设有高导热垫,结构简单,设计新颖,导热效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4、5所示,一种带有导热结构的LED显示屏,包括有灯板1、高导热垫2、金属底壳3和散热箱体4,所述的灯板1是由LED灯珠5通过SMT贴片方式焊接在PCB板6上组成的显示单元灯板,所述的灯板1的背面设有排母座7,所述的排母座7穿过所述的金属底壳3和散热箱体4并与散热箱体4背面的转接板连接,所述的金属底壳3和散热箱体4通过螺丝固定连接,所述的高导热垫2贴在金属底壳3上,所述的灯板1直接锁在金属底壳3上,所述的高导热垫2位于金属底壳3和灯板1之间。
所述的金属底壳3为铝制底壳。

1.一种带有导热结构的LED显示屏,其特征在于:包括有灯板、高导热垫、金属底壳和散热箱体,所述的灯板是由LED灯珠通过SMT贴片方式焊接在PCB板上组成的显示单元灯板,所述的灯板的背面设有排母座,所述的排母座穿过所述的金属底壳和散热箱体并与散热箱体背面的转接板连接,所述的金属底壳和散热箱体通过螺丝固定连接,所述的高导热垫贴在金属底壳上,所述的灯板直接锁在金属底壳上,所述的高导热垫位于金属底壳和灯板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有导热结构的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述的金属底壳为铝制底壳。
