二、背景技术
冶金行业都要用到熔炼炉,一般常规的熔炼炉是使用空气与燃料混合喷入熔炼炉进行燃烧供金属熔炼,空气一般为25度的常温,在混合燃料燃烧时,熔炼炉内的烟道温度可达到二三百度,而此烟道热量在现有的熔炉里却没有再次拿来利用,这样整体的熔炼炉耗能较大,不符合社会的低碳节能的大方向,不利于企业长久持续的发展。

本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种尾气余热回收装置。
其技术方案是:包括筒体、防护罩、支撑架、烟管、进水管、除尘器、出水管、导流板,烟管的一端设有防护罩,烟管的出口端设有除尘器,烟管的内部固定筒体,筒体内部设有导流板,筒体连接进水管和出水管,烟管的底部设有支撑架。
