技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种泡沫玻璃生产设备,尤其涉及一种用于生产泡沫玻璃的辊道窑。 
背景技术
近年来,新兴发展起来的保温隔热建筑材料―泡沫玻璃,已逐渐在许多领域崭露头角。泡沫玻璃是1935年首先由法国St.Gobain公司发明的,它是由碎玻璃、发泡剂、添加剂和促进剂等,经过粉磨混合形成配合料,并放到特定的模具中,经过预热、烧结、发泡、退火等工艺制成的多孔玻璃材料。 
在泡沫玻璃的生产中,泡沫玻璃窑炉是生产工艺的关键。是泡沫玻璃生产中最重要的热工设备,在综合指标消耗最小的情况下获得满足工艺要求的良好产品,当今窑炉的发展趋势是由自动化、大型化向绿色(环保节能型)窑炉方向发展。辊道窑具有产量大、质量大、自动化程度高、操作方便、劳动强低、占地面积小等优点,是当今窑炉的发展方向。现有技术的窑炉大多为单排式电热窑炉,存在着能耗高的缺陷。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种生产效率高、能耗低的用于生产泡沫玻璃的辊道窑。 
为了达到上述发明目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种用于生产泡沫玻璃的辊道窑,包括支架、安装在支架上的窑体、安装在窑体上承载泡沫玻璃的棍棒和分布于窑体内侧壁上的窑炉烧嘴,所述窑体为可容纳两排模盒的双排式窑体,其入口处设置有两个并排放置的位置感应器。 
优选的,所述窑体宽1.5-2.0m。 
优选的,所述窑炉烧嘴在窑体内侧壁上呈上下两排设置。 
优选的,所述上下两排窑炉烧嘴在两侧壁上呈交错对位设置。 
本实用新型的用于生产泡沫玻璃的辊道窑采用双排式设计,生产效率高,能耗低;窑炉烧嘴采用上下交错对应的双排式设计,窑炉内温度均匀,燃烧充分。

下面结合具体附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明: 
如图1、2所示,一种用于生产泡沫玻璃的辊道窑,包括支架1、安装在支架上的窑体2、安装在窑体2上承载泡沫玻璃的棍棒和分布于窑体2内侧壁上的窑炉烧嘴3,所述窑体2为可容纳两排模盒的双排式窑体,其入口处设置有两个并排放置的位置感应器4。所述窑体宽1.5-2.0m。所述窑炉烧嘴3在窑体内侧壁上呈上下两排设置。所述上下两排窑炉烧嘴3在两侧壁上呈交错对位设置。
加宽的双排式窑体2能够一次性容纳更多的模盒5,提高生产效率,相对与传统窑炉,生产相同数量的泡沫玻璃能耗更少,节能30%以上。位置感应器4起到检测模盒位置的作用,使两边模盒同时进入窑体内。窑炉烧嘴3在每侧窑炉内壁上呈上下两排设置,两侧壁之间上下对应,使窑炉加热均匀,使泡沫玻璃原料充分加热。

1.一种用于生产泡沫玻璃的辊道窑,包括支架、安装在支架上的窑体、安装在窑体上承载泡沫玻璃的棍棒和分布于窑体内侧壁上的窑炉烧嘴,其特征在于:所述窑体为可容纳两排模盒的双排式窑体,其入口处设置有两个并排放置的位置感应器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于生产泡沫玻璃的辊道窑,其特征在于:所述窑体宽1.5-2.0m。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于生产泡沫玻璃的辊道窑,其特征在于:所述窑炉烧嘴在窑体内侧壁上呈上下两排设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于生产泡沫玻璃的辊道窑,其特征在于:所述上下两排窑炉烧嘴在两侧壁上呈交错对位设置。
