背景技术
风机罩用于空调、电机、排风扇、散热器、风机、发电机、柴油机等部位的散热、排风和通气的防护。风机罩的零件装配精度高，结构装配的误差会直接影响后期整体预装配的质量，如果依靠车间的测量是无法保证精度控制与装配质量的，需要辅助装配的工装确保零件的精度。风机罩顶部装配工装为风机罩装配工装中的重要一部分。因此，为使作业员在制作过程中对质量进行有效地控制，确保和提高本工程的质量，急需提供一种风机罩顶部装配工装。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种风机罩顶部装配工装。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是： 
风机罩顶部装配工装，其特征在于：包括多组钢立柱，所述钢立柱底部固定于直筋板上，所述钢立柱顶部固定有支撑筋板钢板，所述支撑筋板钢板和钢立柱顶部之间设有端头板，所述支撑筋板钢板上焊接有定位筋板钢板，所述定位筋板钢板和支撑筋板钢板之间设有连接板。
所述钢立柱为H型钢立柱。 
本实用新型的优点是：按照每个部套的结构尺寸设计，装配时，只需将法兰与筋板在工装上定位好，整体结构就可以装配到位，方便操作并且保证质量。

    如图1-5所示，本实用新型的风机罩顶部装配工装，包括多组钢立柱1，所述钢立柱1为H型钢立柱，所述钢立柱1底部固定于直筋板2上，所述钢立柱1顶部固定有支撑筋板钢板3，所述支撑筋板钢板3和钢立柱1顶部之间设有端头板4，所述支撑筋板钢板3上焊接有定位筋板钢板5，所述定位筋板钢板5和支撑筋板钢板3之间设有连接板6，按照每个部套的结构尺寸设计，装配时，只需将法兰与筋板在工装上定位好，整体结构就可以装配到位，方便操作并且保证质量。
