本实用新型涉及焊丝技术领域,具体涉及一种无镀铜环保焊丝。
背景技术
现有的不锈钢活性剂钨极氩弧焊方法,是用不锈钢实心焊丝作为填充材料,需要事先在接头处预涂活性剂涂层,活性剂由SiO2、NaF等多种物质的粉末混合,以无水酒精或丙酮调和,待干燥后进行焊接,以大幅度提高焊接熔深。其作用机理是:活性剂在电弧热作用下发生分解,进入熔池及电弧空间,通过改变电弧的收缩程度及熔池的表面张力系数,提高熔深、减小熔宽。工艺过程复杂,且活性剂粉末配制时,各组分的百分比存在不稳定性,涂敷活性剂厚度、均匀性也存在不稳定性。

本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足提供一种无镀铜环保焊丝,方便使用,防止锈蚀发生,焊丝与活性剂同时熔化,能在填充焊丝的同时提高焊接熔深。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种无镀铜环保焊丝,包括焊丝主体,其特征在于:焊丝主体中间设有夹持段,夹持段表面附有隔热层,隔热层两侧的焊丝主体表面附有活性剂涂层,隔热层与活性剂涂层外设有密封层。
所述的夹持段为扁平状。
本实用新型的有益效果是:方便使用,中间设有夹持段,防止焊丝过长影响焊接精度,焊丝主体外附有密封层,防止因酸性或长时间暴漏发生锈蚀现象,焊丝与活性剂涂层同时熔化,能在填充焊丝的同时提高焊接熔深,提高了焊接质量。

如图1、2、3所示:一种无镀铜环保焊丝,包括焊丝主体1,焊丝主体1中间设有扁平状的夹持段2,夹持段2表面附有隔热层5,隔热层5两侧的焊丝主体1表面附有活性剂涂层3,隔热层5与活性剂涂层3外设有密封层4。
