Abstract

本发明公开了改良的药芯焊丝,它包括药芯层、钢带层、环氧树脂层、防护耐热层和保护膜层,钢带层设于药芯层的外层,药芯层中间为支撑圆管,支撑圆管四周设置十字型支撑钢管架,药芯层内填充有铁粉,钢带层的两端分别设置凸部和凹部,钢带层的两端通过凸部和凹部的配合连接在一起,环氧树脂层设于钢带层的外层,防护耐热层设于环氧树脂层的外层,保护膜层设于环氧树脂层的外层。药芯层中间为支撑圆管和十字型支撑钢管架,具有良好的成形效果,使得焊丝的力学性能稳定,环氧树脂层的环氧树脂填隙能力好;药芯焊丝的外层为防护耐热层保护膜层,耐热性好,还能隔绝钢带与空气中水分、氧气等的接触,起到防潮、防锈的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种药芯焊丝,尤其涉及一种改良的药芯焊丝。
背景技术
药芯焊丝也称为管状焊丝,可以通过调整药粉的合金成分种类和比例,很方便地设计出各种不同用途(耐磨,高强,耐热,耐蚀,耐低温等)的焊接材料,因为它的合金成分可灵活方便的调整,所以药芯焊丝的许多品种是实心焊丝无法冶炼和轧制的。但是大部分的药芯焊丝的工艺性能和力学性能要稍差一些,特别是工艺性能,存在飞溅大、脱渣成形差和焊缝表面有麻点等问题。
因此,需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种工艺性能和力学性能好的改良的药芯焊丝。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的改良的药芯焊丝,它包括药芯层、钢带层、环氧树脂层、防护耐热层和保护膜层,所述钢带层设于药芯层的外层,所述药芯层中间为支撑圆管,所述支撑圆管四周设置十字型支撑钢管架,所述药芯层内填充有铁粉,所述钢带层的两端分别设置凸部和凹部,所述钢带层的两端通过凸部和凹部的配合连接在一起,所述环氧树脂层设于钢带层的外层,所述防护耐热层设于环氧树脂层的外层,所述保护膜层设于环氧树脂层的外层。
所述防护耐热层为氧化铝膜。
所述支撑圆管为钢管。
本发明的有益效果:药芯层中间为支撑圆管,支撑圆管四周设置十字型支撑钢管架,具有良好的成形效果,且韧性好,使得焊丝的力学性能稳定,环氧树脂层的环氧树脂填隙能力好,可以减少金属层与外保护膜层之间的黏接不平整的情况出现;药芯焊丝的外层为防护耐热层保护膜层,耐热性好,还能隔绝钢带与空气中水分、氧气等的接触,起到防潮、防锈的效果。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明的保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本发明的改良的药芯焊丝,它包括药芯层1、钢带层2、环氧树脂层3、防护耐热层5和保护膜层4,钢带层2设于药芯层1的外层,药芯层1中间为支撑圆管11,支撑圆管11为钢管,支撑圆管11四周设置十字型支撑钢管架12,具有良好的成形效果,且韧性好,药芯层1内填充有铁粉13,钢带层2的两端分别设置凸部21和凹部22,钢带层2的两端通过凸部21和凹部22的配合连接在一起,环氧树脂层3设于钢带层2的外层,防护耐热层5设于环氧树脂层3的外层,保护膜层4设于环氧树脂层3的外层。
其中,防护耐热层5为氧化铝膜。
药芯层1中间为支撑圆管11,支撑圆管11四周设置十字型支撑钢管架12,具有良好的成形效果,且韧性好,使得焊丝的力学性能稳定,环氧树脂层3的环氧树脂填隙能力好,可以减少金属层与外保护膜层之间的黏接不平整的情况出现;药芯焊丝的外层为防护耐热层5保护膜层4,耐热性好,还能隔绝钢带与空气中水分、氧气等的接触,起到防潮、防锈的效果。

1.改良的药芯焊丝,其特征在于:它包括药芯层、钢带层、环氧树脂层、防护耐热层和保护膜层,所述钢带层设于药芯层的外层,所述药芯层中间为支撑圆管,所述支撑圆管四周设置十字型支撑钢管架,所述药芯层内填充有铁粉,所述钢带层的两端分别设置凸部和凹部,所述钢带层的两端通过凸部和凹部的配合连接在一起,所述环氧树脂层设于钢带层的外层,所述防护耐热层设于环氧树脂层的外层,所述保护膜层设于环氧树脂层的外层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良的药芯焊丝,其特征在于:所述防护耐热层为氧化铝膜。
