技术领域
 本实用新型涉及电线电缆领域,尤其涉及一种矿物绝缘防火电缆。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,电力需求的不断增长,电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大。但是现有的电缆,比如常用的有机电缆(塑料电缆),其绝缘性能存在缺陷,比如塑料绝缘层容易老化、不耐高温等缺陷;常用的钢芯铝绞线,其电气性能、导线性能不好。
此外,现有的导线不能实现通信功能,还需要另设一条通信线路才能满足通信功能,造成重复布线。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中电缆的上述缺陷,提供一种矿物绝缘防火电缆。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种矿物绝缘防火电缆,其特征在于,包括电缆导体、绝缘层和金属护套;所述电缆导体是由纯铜作导体,所述金属护套位于电缆导体外,在所述电缆导体和金属护套之间填充所述绝缘层,所述绝缘层采用不燃烧、耐高温的氧化镁作绝缘材质;还包括有不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述绝缘层中;所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物,不锈钢保护管外包覆一层铜层。
进一步地,所述金属护套是无缝铜管。
进一步地,在所述金属护套外设置外护套,所述外护套是塑料保护层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由高导电率的纯铜作导体,使得本实用新型的电缆导电率高;采用不燃烧、耐高温(2800℃)的氧化镁作绝缘材质,其绝缘、防火性能要高于普通的橡胶或塑料绝缘层;在最外边外护套,即塑料外护层,有良好的防腐特性;采用无缝铜管作金属护套,有良好的弯曲性;此外,不光能够导电,还能实现光纤通信。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种矿物绝缘防火电缆,包括电缆导体1、绝缘层2和金属护套3;所述电缆导体1是由纯铜作导体,所述金属护套3位于电缆导体1外,在所述电缆导体1和金属护套3之间填充所述绝缘层2,所述绝缘层采用不燃烧、耐高温的氧化镁作绝缘材质;还包括有不锈钢光单元5,所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述绝缘层2中;所述金属护套3是无缝铜管。在所述金属护套3外设置外护套4,所述外护套4是塑料保护层。
如图2所示,不锈钢光单元5为由若干条光纤9置于一个不锈钢保护管6内组成,不锈钢保护管6采用松套结构,对光纤9起机械缓冲、防止金属线的侧向压力并起隔热保护作用;不锈钢保护管6空隙内连续填充合适的阻水物8,阻水物8能有效防止潮气或水份渗进光单元,不损害光纤9传输特性和使用寿命;不锈钢保护管6外包覆一层铜层7,有效防止不同材料形成的电位腐蚀。
本实用新型的电缆,其绝缘、防火性能、导电性能等都比普通电缆优越,可以广泛用于下列领域:
1)公共建筑。公共娱乐场所、高层建筑、宾馆饭店、医院及国家纪念馆和历史性建筑等; 
2)高温场合。冶金工业、焦炭工业、船舶工业及其他高温场合的输配电线路等; 
3)危险场所。石油化工工业、炼油厂、加油站及油库等; 
4)地下场所。地铁、地下仓库、隧道及地下广场等; 
5)动输和交通枢纽。

1.一种矿物绝缘防火电缆,其特征在于,包括电缆导体、绝缘层和金属护套;所述电缆导体是由纯铜作导体,所述金属护套位于电缆导体外,在所述电缆导体和金属护套之间填充所述绝缘层,所述绝缘层采用不燃烧、耐高温的氧化镁作绝缘材质;还包括有不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述绝缘层中;所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物,不锈钢保护管外包覆一层铜层。
2.如权利要求1所述的矿物绝缘防火电缆,其特征在于,所述金属护套是无缝铜管。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的矿物绝缘防火电缆,其特征在于,在所述金属护套外设置外护套,所述外护套是塑料保护层。
