本实用新型涉及一种柔性绝缘耐火电缆,其特征在于,包括四根导电线芯,在所述四根导电线线外依次包覆有隔热衬层、金属护套和非金属护套,在所述四根导电线芯和隔热衬层之间填充有氧化镁绝缘填充物;所述导电线芯中心为铜导体,在所述铜导体外依次包覆有绝缘层和保护层;还包括有不锈钢光单元。本实用新型的有益效果是:由高导电率的纯铜作导体导电率高;采用氧化镁矿物作绝缘材质,其绝缘、防火性高;在最外边的非金属护套,有良好的防腐特性;采用无缝铜管作金属护套,有良好的弯曲性;此外,不光能够导电,还能实现光纤通信。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及电线电缆领域,尤其涉及一种柔性绝缘耐火电缆。      
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,电力需求的不断增长,电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大。但是现有的电缆,比如常用的有机电缆(塑料电缆),其绝缘性能存在缺陷,比如塑料绝缘层容易老化、不耐高温、容易变硬等缺陷;常用的钢芯铝绞线,其电气性能、导线性能不好。
此外,现有的导线不能实现通信功能,还需要另设一条通信线路才能满足通信功能,造成重复布线。
发明内容
 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中电缆的上述缺陷,提供一种柔性绝缘耐火电缆。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种柔性绝缘耐火电缆,其特征在于,包括四根导电线芯,在所述四根导电线线外依次包覆有隔热衬层、金属护套和非金属护套,在所述四根导电线芯和隔热衬层之间填充有氧化镁绝缘填充物;所述导电线芯中心为铜导体,在所述铜导体外依次包覆有绝缘层和保护层;还包括有不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述氧化镁绝缘填充物中;所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物,不锈钢保护管外包覆一层铜层。
进一步地,所述金属护套是无缝铜管。
进一步地,所述非金属护套是塑料保护层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由高导电率的铜作导体,使得本实用新型的电缆导电率高;采用不燃烧、耐高温(2800℃)的氧化镁作绝缘材质,其绝缘、防火性能要高于普通的橡胶或塑料绝缘层;在最外边的非金属护套,即塑料外护层,有良好的防腐特性;采用无缝铜管作金属护套,有良好的弯曲性和柔性;此外,该电缆不光能够导电,还能实现光纤通信。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种柔性绝缘耐火电缆,包括四根导电线芯,在所述四根导电线线外依次包覆有隔热衬层5、金属护套6和非金属护套7,在所述四根导电线芯和隔热衬层5之间填充有氧化镁绝缘填充物4;所述导电线芯中心为铜导体1,在所述铜导体1外依次包覆有绝缘层2和保护层3;还包括有不锈钢光单元8,所述不锈钢光单元8容纳在所述氧化镁绝缘填充物4中。
如图2所示,不锈钢光单元8为由若干条光纤12置于一个不锈钢保护管9内组成,不锈钢保护管9采用松套结构,对光纤12起机械缓冲、防止金属线的侧向压力并起隔热保护作用;不锈钢保护管9空隙内连续填充合适的阻水物11,阻水物11能有效防止潮气或水份渗进光单元,不损害光纤12传输特性和使用寿命;不锈钢保护管9外包覆一层铜层10,有效防止不同材料形成的电位腐蚀。
本实用新型的电缆,其绝缘、防火性能、导电性能等都比普通电缆优越,适合在大型商场、医院、写字楼、地铁等人口稠密的场所,海上石油平台、化工厂、冶炼厂、博物馆、计算机中心等重要设施内使用。具有很高的安全可靠性。

1.一种柔性绝缘耐火电缆,其特征在于,包括四根导电线芯,在所述四根导电线线外依次包覆有隔热衬层、金属护套和非金属护套,在所述四根导电线芯和隔热衬层之间填充有氧化镁绝缘填充物;所述导电线芯中心为铜导体,在所述铜导体外依次包覆有绝缘层和保护层;还包括有不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述氧化镁绝缘填充物中;所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物,不锈钢保护管外包覆一层铜层。
2.如权利要求1所述的柔性绝缘耐火电缆,其特征在于,所述金属护套是无缝铜管。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的柔性绝缘耐火电缆,其特征在于,所述非金属护套是塑料保护层。
