技术领域
 本实用新型涉及电线电缆领域,尤其涉及一种碳丝为中心层玻丝层绞式复合芯。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,电力需求的不断增长,电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大,而目前国内用的电缆导线多是钢芯铝绞线和钢芯铝合金导线,这些导线的重量较大,电阻较大,从而导致输电费用高,且运行温度较低,不能适应在高温条件下的运行,因此电力传输成为电力工业发展的“瓶颈”,各国均在研究新型架空输电路用导线,以取代传统的钢芯铝绞线。
碳纤维复合芯导线与传统的钢芯铝绞导线相比较具有以下优点:
(1)重量轻:碳纤维复合芯的密度是钢的密度为的1/4。因此,架空电缆的杆塔跨距可增长,减少塔杆数约为16%左右,同时减少占地面积。
(2)强度高,破断力大。碳纤维复合芯电缆的拉伸强度约为2399MPa ,是普通钢丝的1.97倍,是高强度钢的1.17倍。
(3)导电率高,载流量大。相同直径碳纤维复合芯电缆中的铝线截面积是常规钢芯铝绞电缆的1.29倍,载流量提高29%左右。
(4)线路损耗小。碳纤维复合材料是一种非磁性材料,当导线通过交流电时不会产生磁滞损耗和涡流损耗,呈现出更小的交流电阻。
(5)耐腐蚀,使用寿命长。碳纤维复合芯棒避免了钢芯在通电时铝线与镀锌钢丝之间的电化学腐蚀,使铝导线长期使用而耐老化。
(6)线膨胀系数小,弛度小。
但是,现有的碳纤维复合芯强度还不够,制成的导线跨度还不能很大。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中碳纤维复合芯的上述缺陷,提供一种新型碳丝为中心层玻丝层绞式复合芯。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种碳丝为中心层玻丝层绞式复合芯,其特征在于,包括碳纤维复合芯棒和玻璃纤维棒,以碳纤维复合芯棒为中心层,多根玻璃纤维棒绞合在所述碳纤维复合芯棒外。
本实用新型的有益效果是:具有传统碳纤维复合芯的全部优点,做成导线后可用于大跨越、重灾区等条件比较恶劣的地区,具有广阔的应用前景。

如图1所示,一种碳丝为中心层玻丝层绞式复合芯,包括碳纤维复合芯棒1和玻璃纤维棒2,以碳纤维复合芯棒1为中心层,多根玻璃纤维棒2绞合在所述碳纤维复合芯棒1外。在本实施例中所述玻璃纤维棒2为六根。
