背景技术
目前，餐饮业产生的废水中含有大量油脂，并且有少量固体废物和液体废物混合在一起，现有餐饮业产生的废水大多是直接排放，或采用传统的隔油池过滤方式，无法分离固体废物而堵塞排水管，经常人工清掏，分离的油脂含有大量漂浮物，不易处理；而且，中心城区的餐饮企业现有的场所(含楼层上设立厨房)根本无法开挖或安放隔油池。且隔油池过滤方式易堵塞，清洗不方便；固体废物中残留较多的油脂，回收不充分。

针对上述问题，本实用新型提供一种餐饮废油分离收集箱。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：餐饮废油分离收集箱，包括箱体、箱盖和进液口，进液口下连接有导流管，箱体内壁上设有分离管，分离管上部连接有出水口；进液口上部连接有Z形管。

具体实施方式

参见图1，餐饮废油分离收集箱，包括箱体1、箱盖2和进液口3，进液口3下连接有导流管4，箱体1内壁上设有分离管5，分离管5上部连接有出水口6；进液口3上部连接有Z形管7。
箱体1和箱盖2之间设有防盗锁8。可防止废油被盗取。
餐饮业灶台刷洗含油废水经Z形管7流入导流管4，再到箱体1中，Z形管7起到缓冲作用，废水在箱中进行油水分离，由于分离管5的顶部是封闭的，形成一定高差，当液面达到一定高度，在虹吸的作用下，箱体1下部的废水和沉渣被吸到出水口6排出到箱外，而废油保留在箱体1中。箱中收集的废油达到一定量时，打开箱盖，再集中收集处理。
