本实用新型涉及污水处理中餐饮废水油水分离技术。
背景技术
快速发展的餐饮行业产生大量的餐饮废水，未经处理的餐饮废水中残留大量的油脂、COD及BOD等物质排入水中会对水体造成严重污染。而传统的油水分离器存在明显缺憾，如油水分离效果不好，浮油及食物残渣清理不方便，长期累积产生恶臭等；本技术在传统悬挂式油水分离器的基础上增设了自动刮油装置和自动排油装置，解决了人工清理油脂、清理浮渣不便等技术问题，实用高效，是传统悬挂式油水分离器的理想换代产品。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种餐饮废水简易油水分离器，解决现有油水分离清理不便的技术问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是一种悬挂式餐饮废水自动油水分离器，其特征在于内部结构由除渣区A、除油区B和出水区C三部分构成，除渣区设置过滤篮和挡板，除油区设置自动刮油装置，自动刮油装置由电机带动，电机与轴连接，轴上安装齿轮，齿轮通过链条带动另一轴，在链条上焊接一挂板，由自动刮油装置刮除的油脂流入到集油槽里，通过集油槽里的排污泵泵入集油桶里外运处理，挡板控制水位高度，保证废水在自动油水分离器内的有效容积和停留时间，出水区设置出水管。
本实用新型悬挂式餐饮废水自动油水分离器采用浮油自动收集装置，油水分离效果好，结构简单，方便实际使用和推广。

具体实施方式
本悬挂式餐饮废水自动油水分离器适用于宾馆、酒店、餐厅、食堂等产生含油废水的餐饮设施。请参考图1所示，本餐悬挂式饮废水自动油水分离器主要由三部分构成，第一部分为除渣区A，餐饮废水由进水管1进入除渣区，除渣区内设置过滤篮2，过滤篮由不锈钢冲孔板制作，孔径为3mm，过滤篮框上设置把手，待食物残渣积累到半篮及以上时，可以在不移动箱体和打开箱盖的情况下取出过滤篮及时把残渣倒入垃圾桶内外运处理。
第二部分为除油区B，餐饮废水经过滤篮去除食物残渣后进入除油区，进入除油区的废水水流变得缓慢，流速下降，废水中的动植物油脂因比重轻会不断浮上水面，然后再通过自动刮油装置刮除。自动刮油装置由电机带动，电机与轴连接，轴上安装齿轮，齿轮通过链条带动另一轴，在链条上焊接一挂板，刮板为特殊不锈钢制作，具有一定的弹性和硬度。由刮油装置刮除的油脂流入到集油槽4里，再由排油泵5泵管进入集油桶6外运处理。从而实现油水分离的目的。
第三部分为出水区C，经过去除残渣及浮油的餐饮废水由挡板进入出水区，出水区的废水稍作停留，同时为稳定水质，经出水管7出水。

1.一种悬挂式餐饮废水自动油水分离器，其特征在于内部结构由除渣区A、除油区B和出水区C三部分构成，除渣区设置过滤篮和挡板，除油区设置自动刮油装置，自动刮油装置由电机带动，电机与轴连接，轴上安装齿轮，齿轮通过链条带动另一轴，在链条上焊接一挂板，由刮油装置刮除的油脂流入到集油槽里，集油槽里的排污泵把油泵到箱体外的集油桶内，挡板控制水位高度，保证废水在自动油水分离器内的有效容积和停留时间，出水区设置出水管。
