本实用新型提供的是管件安装调整工具,具体地说是弯曲管件辅助定位调整装置。
背景技术
目前,在管件生产过程中,中频弯曲设备在弯曲大口径管件时,由于管件长度在12米以上,在弯曲过程中管件必须平行固定在弯管机中心模具上面,急需要一种辅助工具进行配合。另外特殊口径管路管件制作工艺复杂,管路管件精确定位尺寸工艺不易控制,由于管件口径大,成品管路设计形状复杂多变,主要加工管件与管件之间的相互焊接、管件与弯头相互焊接、管件与异径接头相互焊接,需要根据设计进行前后移动、左右移动、上下移动的定位安装。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有管路管件弯管过程中定位安装的缺陷,本实用新型提供了弯曲管件辅助定位调整装置。该装置通过丝杠在丝管内伸缩,带动与管件卡固的卡环升降,实现管件弯曲过程的定位与调整。解决管件弯曲过程中定位调整的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在底座上设有轨道,在轨道上滑动安装有滚轮,滚轮安装在封闭四面梯形的支撑板的底部,在支撑板上部装有丝管,丝管的螺孔中穿插安装有丝杠,丝杠的上端与卡环支架相连接,在丝杠上固定有手轮,卡环支架上连接有开合两半的卡环,在卡环两侧分别装有紧固螺栓。卡环用于支撑管件,管件的一端锁固在弯管机上。
积极效果,本实用新型能够实现管路管件弯管过程中精确定位,提高安装连接的可靠性,提高加工效率。具有实用性强、操作方便的优点。适宜作为管路管件定位的装置应用。

具体实施方式:
据图所示,在底座2上设有轨道2.1,在轨道上滑动安装有滚轮3,滚轮安装在封闭四面梯形的支撑板4的底部,在支撑板上部装有丝管5,丝管的螺孔中穿插安装有丝杠6,丝杠的上端与卡环支架7相连接,在丝杠上固定有手轮8,卡环支架上连接有开合两半的卡环9,在卡环两侧分别装有紧固螺栓9.1。
卡环用于支撑管件0,管件的一端锁固在弯管机1上。
本实用新型的使用过程: 
将管件一端固定在弯管机上,另一端穿过管件卡环,通过紧固螺栓与管件锁紧固定,根据尺寸要求,通过转动手轮,使丝杆在丝管内伸缩,从而带动卡环与管件升降,达到设计要求,实现管件定位调整的目的。
卡环和支撑板下部安装的滚轮能够在轨道上左右移动,从而调整卡环在管件上的固定位置。
特点:
本实用新型调整操作简单,使用方便,能够提高管件弯曲过程中的定位精度,使所弯制的管件符合技术要求。

1. 弯曲管件辅助定位调整装置,其特征是:在底座(2)上设有轨道(2.1),在轨道上滑动安装有滚轮(3),滚轮安装在封闭四面梯形的支撑板(4)的底部,在支撑板上部装有丝管(5),丝管的螺孔中穿插安装有丝杠(6),丝杠的上端与卡环支架(7)相连接,在丝杠上固定有手轮(8),卡环支架上连接有开合两半的卡环(9),在卡环两侧分别装有紧固螺栓(9.1)。
