技术领域
本实用新型涉及电机端盖的固定结构，尤其是一种电机端盖安装脚与支撑柱的约束结构。
背景技术
现有的电机端盖安装脚与支撑柱的固定结构，其电机端盖安装脚的约束为电机端盖安装脚的端面。为了紧固的目的，目前只能尽可能增加支撑柱轴向截面，来保证支撑柱与电机端盖安装脚平面垂直度的约束。由于支撑柱与电机端盖安装脚接触面面积有限，电机端盖安装脚仅受到部分约束，不能更有效的约束电机端盖径向受力和垂直度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种电机端盖安装脚与支撑柱的约束结构，能够在不增加电机端盖安装脚接触端面面积的情况下，有效约束端盖径向受力、解决垂直度约束问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型一种电机端盖安装脚与支撑柱的约束结构，包括电机端盖安装脚、支撑柱，所述电机端盖安装脚的端脚部设有凹陷平台，在所述凹陷平台上设有固定柱，所述固定柱的中心设有贯通该固定柱和凹陷平台的通孔，所述支撑柱的下端固设于铁芯上、其上端穿出所述通孔并由螺母锁紧于固定柱上。
在所述螺母与固定柱之间设有垫圈。
所述支撑柱与铁芯的固设结构为：支撑柱的下端紧配合于铁芯的安装孔内。
与现有技术相比本实用新型的有益效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，所述电机端盖安装脚的端脚部设有凹陷平台，在所述凹陷平台上设有固定柱，所述固定柱的中心设有贯通该固定柱和凹陷平台的通孔，所述支撑柱的下端固设于铁芯上、其上端穿出所述通孔并由螺母锁紧于固定柱上，这种结构，固定柱内壁对支撑柱外壁具有约束（约束间隙公差为0.015～0.04mm），增加了端盖安装脚径向约束和垂直度约束，提高了端盖安装脚与支撑柱的结合强度。

如图1和2所示，本实用新型一种电机端盖安装脚与支撑柱的约束结构，包括电机端盖安装脚1、支撑柱2，所述电机端盖安装脚1的端脚部设有凹陷平台101，在所述凹陷平台101上设有固定柱102，所述固定柱102的中心设有贯通该固定柱102和凹陷平台101的通孔103，所述支撑柱2的下端紧配合于铁芯3的安装孔内、其上端穿出所述通孔103并由螺母4锁紧于固定柱102上。作为优选，固定柱102内壁与支撑柱2上端外壁之间的间隙为0.015～0.04mm；在所述螺母4与固定柱102之间设有垫圈5。

1.一种电机端盖安装脚与支撑柱的约束结构，包括电机端盖安装脚（1）、支撑柱（2），其特征在于：所述电机端盖安装脚（1）的端脚部设有凹陷平台（101），在所述凹陷平台（101）上设有固定柱（102），所述固定柱（102）的中心设有贯通该固定柱（102）和凹陷平台（101）的通孔（103），所述支撑柱（2）的下端固设于铁芯（3）上、其上端穿出所述通孔（103）并由螺母（4）锁紧于固定柱（102）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机端盖安装脚与支撑柱的约束结构，其特征在于：在所述螺母（4）与固定柱（102）之间设有垫圈（5）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电机端盖安装脚与支撑柱的约束结构，其特征在于，所述支撑柱（2）与铁芯（3）的固设结构为：支撑柱（2）的下端紧配合于铁芯（3）的安装孔内。
