背景技术
目前石油及天然气钻井过程中常因井口不正造成井口封井器本体偏磨损坏,而当前所采取的措施是:对于严重的磨损需要更换封井器壳体,对于一般的磨损则采取外修补焊措施整理。更换一台封井器壳体和外修补焊都需要花费大量资金。

本实用新型为了解决上述封井器本体易被偏磨损坏的问题,提供了一种防偏磨保护钻具装置
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种防偏磨保护钻具装置,由法兰式轴承座(1)、轴承(2)、防磨套(4)和法兰式轴承盖(3)、O型橡胶圈(5)组成,防磨套(4)为旋转体,防磨套(4)与轴承座(1)之间的间隙靠O型橡胶圈(5)密封,法兰式轴承座下部和法兰式轴承盖上部均制有钢圈凹槽(6),钢圈凹槽尺寸与井口防喷器上部钢圈尺寸相同,防磨套(4)伸出轴承座,插入到防喷器中。
本实用新型的有益效果是:能防止防喷器主体偏磨和保护钻杆,钻井时如钻杆垂直旋转,防磨套不工作,如因某种原因导致钻杆发生偏斜,接触到防磨套,防磨套即与钻杆同时转动,由于防磨套的通径比防喷器通径略小,所以不会磨损防喷器主体,防磨套与钻杆同步旋转,也不会磨损钻杆。

本实用新型的防偏磨保护钻具装置,由法兰式轴承座1、轴承2、防磨套4和法兰式轴承盖3、O型橡胶圈5组成。防磨套4为旋转体,防磨套4与轴承座1之间的间隙靠O型橡胶圈5密封,工作压力为1MPa,密封后能有效防止内部润滑油渗漏和外部泥水侵入,保护轴承正常运转。法兰式轴承座1下部和法兰式轴承盖3上部均制有钢圈凹槽6,钢圈凹槽尺寸与防喷器上部钢圈尺寸相同,能起到密封和定心作用,安装时先放上钢圈,再放防偏磨保护钻具装置。防磨套伸出轴承座,安装时可插入到防喷器中,起到稳固和定心的作用。
