本实用新型属于灯具领域,具体涉及一种LED灯具。
背景技术
目前市场上的工矿灯,一般用白炽灯或节能灯,没有LED灯节能,而且没有LED灯长寿,LED灯的寿命可达5万小时以上,可以工作在高速开关状态,而节能灯如果频繁的启动或关断灯丝就会发黑,很快就坏掉。LED灯可固态封装,属于冷光源类型,方便运输和安装,可以被安装在任何微型和封闭的设备中,不怕振动;另外LED灯环保,没有汞等有害物质。
虽然现有灯具也有LED灯具,但一般散热性能不佳,密封性较差,而且灯体体形较大,功能单一。
实用新型内容
针对上述缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种散热性能佳、密封性好、小巧、功能多样的LED灯具,有效地解决现有技术中散热性能不佳,密封性较差,体形较大,功能单一等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种LED灯具,包括上盖、防水硅胶圈、光源板、透明灯罩、电源,所述上盖外表面设有散热片,所述上盖内表面与散热片对应的位置安装有光源板;该LED灯具还包括光感应器、感应器主板,光感应器与感应器主板电连接,所述光感应器位于上盖外表面,所述感应器主板、电源固定于上盖内表面;所述上盖、防水硅胶圈、透明灯罩依次连接;所述上盖具有用于固定LED灯具的安装支架。
优选地,所述LED灯具还包括红外感应器、红外感应接收透镜,所述红外感应器安放在红外感应接收透镜内,红外感应接收透镜固定于透明灯罩外表面上,所述红外感应器与所述感应器主板电连接。
优选地,所述LED灯具还包括用于保证停电之后使LED灯具正常工作的蓄电池模块,所述蓄电池模块输入端与电源连接,输出端与光源板连接。
优选地,所述上盖具有容纳腔,所述感应器主板、电源、蓄电池模块固定于上盖的容纳腔内。
优选地,所述LED灯具还包括隔板,所述隔板盖住感应器主板、电源和蓄电池模块并固定于容纳腔上。
优选地,所述上盖内表面设有硅胶槽,防水硅胶圈位于硅胶槽内,所述透明灯罩压住防水硅胶圈并与上盖固定。
优选地,所述安装支架是抱箍安装支架,可捆绑于柱子上。
优选地,所述LED灯具还包括转接头,所述转接头与所述抱箍安装支架活动连接。
优选地,所述转接头是装在墙上的转接头或是装在杆上的转接头。
优选地,所述上盖的材料是铝,可加快散热。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1)该LED灯具既可照明,又具有感光功能、红外感应功能、蓄电功能,符合多种需求;
2)该LED灯具具有散热片,上盖内表面与散热片对应的位置安装有光源板,可加快光源板散热;
3)该LED灯具灯体小巧,安装方便,可以随意捆绑于柱子上,或可安装在墙上,也可安装于杆上;
4)该LED灯具上盖内表面设有硅胶槽,防水硅胶圈位于硅胶槽内,透明灯罩压住防水硅胶圈并与上盖固定,密封性好,可防止水进入,防护效果理想,维护轻松。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本实用新型,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步地描述。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,本实用新型LED灯具主要包括上盖1、防水硅胶圈2、光源板3、透明灯罩4、电源5、光感应器6、感应器主板7,上盖外表面101设有散热片102,上盖内表面103与散热片102对应的位置安装有光源板3;光感应器6与感应器主板7电连接,光感应器6位于上盖外表面101;感应器主板7、电源5固定于上盖1内表面,为了使感应器主板7、电源5固定地更加牢固,上盖1可设置有容纳腔104,感应器主板7、电源5可固定于上盖的容纳腔104内,并由隔板8盖住感应器主板7和电源5,隔板8固定于容纳腔104上;上盖1、防水硅胶圈2、透明灯罩4依次连接,上盖内表面103设有硅胶槽105,防水硅胶圈2位于硅胶槽105内,透明灯罩4压住防水硅胶圈2并与上盖1固定;上盖1具有用于固定LED灯具的安装支架106,该安装支架106可为抱箍安装支架,可使LED灯具固定于某个地方。
为了使LED灯具安装方便,LED灯具还可以包括转接头9,转接头9与安装支架106活动连接;转接头可以是装在墙上的转接头9(见图3),或是装在杆上的转接头9′(见图4);LED灯具也可以不用转接头,随意将抱箍安装支架捆绑于柱子上即可固定。
为了防止小偷偷东西,该LED灯具还可以包括红外感应器10、红外感应接收透镜11,红外感应器10安放在红外感应接收透镜11内,红外感应接收透镜11固定于透明灯罩外表面401上,红外感应器10与感应器主板7电连接。
为了使LED灯具在外部电源停电之后还能继续使用,该LED灯具还可以包括蓄电池模块12,该蓄电池模块12输入端与电源5连接,输出端与光源板3连接;该蓄电池模块12固定于上盖的容纳腔104内,也和感应器主板7、电源5一样,由隔板8盖住。
为了加快散热,上盖1的材料可以选铝。
本实用新型LED灯具散热性能佳,密封性好,小巧,安装方便,功能多样,可广泛用于照明、安保等领域。

1.一种LED灯具,其特征在于,包括上盖、防水硅胶圈、光源板、透明灯罩、电源,所述上盖外表面设有散热片,所述上盖内表面与散热片对应的位置安装有光源板;该LED灯具还包括光感应器、感应器主板,光感应器与感应器主板电连接,所述光感应器位于上盖外表面,所述感应器主板、电源固定于上盖内表面;所述上盖、防水硅胶圈、透明灯罩依次连接;所述上盖具有用于固定LED灯具的安装支架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述LED灯具还包括红外感应器、红外感应接收透镜,所述红外感应器安放在红外感应接收透镜内,红外感应接收透镜固定于透明灯罩外表面上,所述红外感应器与所述感应器主板电连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述LED灯具还包括用于保证停电之后使LED灯具正常工作的蓄电池模块,所述蓄电池模块输入端与电源连接,输出端与光源板连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述上盖具有容纳腔,所述感应器主板、电源、蓄电池模块固定于上盖的容纳腔内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述LED灯具还包括隔板,所述隔板盖住感应器主板、电源和蓄电池模块并固定于容纳腔上。
6.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述上盖内表面设有硅胶槽,防水硅胶圈位于硅胶槽内,所述透明灯罩压住防水硅胶圈并与上盖固定。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述安装支架是抱箍安装支架。
8.根据权利要求7所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述转接头与所述抱箍安装支架活动连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述转接头是装在墙上的转接头或是装在杆上的转接头。
10.根据权利要求9所述的LED灯具,其特征在于,所述上盖的材料是铝。
