背景技术
LED灯是以半导体技术为基础的,其光效可以在近期达到白炽灯的10倍以上。目前LED灯比白炽灯的使用寿命长、能耗低、光质量高,但是LED灯的散热效果不好,一些高功率的固态照明灯长时间工作,温度过高会损害部件。因此,需要一种新的技术方式来解决上述技术问题。

本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 
一种LED灯,包括LED模组、纳米晶体荧光胶块、玻璃罩、反光罩、散热器和灯头,所述纳米晶体荧光胶块设置在玻璃罩和反光罩之间,所述反光罩设置在散热器内,所述LED模组设置在反光罩内,所述散热器内还设置有电源驱动,所述灯头设置在散热器的底部,所述散热器内设置有若干个散热腔,所述每个散热腔均相互连通。 
所述散热腔相互平行设置。 
所述散热腔内填充有散热油。 
所述散热腔内填充有散热气体。 
所述散热气体为氦气或氢气。 
本实用新型通过在散热器内设置散热腔,并在散热腔内填充了散热油或散热气体来增强散热器的散热效果,增长LED灯的使用寿命,提高LED灯发光质量。

如图1所示,一种LED灯,包括LED模组1、纳米晶体荧光胶块2、玻璃罩3、反光罩4、散热器5和灯头6,纳米晶体荧光胶块2设置在玻璃罩3和反光罩4之间,反光罩4设置在散热器5内,LED模组1设置在反光罩4内,散热器5内还设置有电源驱动7,灯头6设置在散热器5的底部,散热器5内设置有若干个散热腔8,散热腔8相互平行设置,且多个散热腔8间相互连通,在每个散热腔8内填充有散热油或散热气体,散热气体有选为氦气或氢气。

1.一种LED灯,包括LED模组、纳米晶体荧光胶块、玻璃罩、反光罩、散热器和灯头,所述纳米晶体荧光胶块设置在玻璃罩和反光罩之间,所述反光罩设置在散热器内,所述LED模组设置在反光罩内,所述散热器内还设置有电源驱动,所述灯头设置在散热器的底部,其特征在于:所述散热器内设置有若干个散热腔,所述每个散热腔均相互连通。
