本实用新型公开了一种大功率LED路灯,包括灯座、灯罩、驱动控制器和多个LED灯头,多个LED灯头呈矩形阵列结构安装于灯座正面,灯罩封装于灯座正面,灯罩上设有与多个LED灯头对应的透明玻璃窗;灯座背面设有多道与灯座垂直的翅片状金属散热片,驱动控制器固定连接于金属散热片上,驱动控制器连接多个LED灯头。通过多个LED灯头由透明玻璃窗向外照射光源,照射亮度大,适合路灯使用,同时配合与LED灯头的安装灯座连体的金属散热片对外散热,能有效兼顾大功率照明和散热效果,避免路灯因长时间大功率工作发热导致的损坏,其结构简单,制作方便,照明效果高,使用寿命长。

背景技术
LED是一种能够将电能转化为光能的半导体,它改变了白炽灯钨丝发光与节能灯三基色粉发光的原理,而采用电场发光。现有LED用于路灯,具有寿命长、光效高、低辐射和低功耗等特点,但是路灯确保照明亮度较高,单个LED灯的照明亮度无法满足,这就必须通过增加LED灯数目来实现,简单的将多个大功率LED灯布置在路灯上,其发热量较大,如果不能有效散热,极易影响路灯使用寿命。 
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、紧凑,兼顾大功率照明亮度和有效散热,使用寿命长的大功率LED路灯。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种大功率LED路灯,其特征在于:包括灯座、灯罩、驱动控制器和多个LED灯头,多个LED灯头呈矩形阵列结构安装于灯座正面,灯罩封装于灯座正面,灯罩上设有与多个LED灯头对应的透明玻璃窗;灯座背面设有多道与灯座垂直的翅片状金属散热片,驱动控制器固定连接于金属散热片上,驱动控制器连接多个LED灯头。 
本实用新型通过多个LED灯头由透明玻璃窗向外照射光源,照射亮度大,适合路灯使用,同时配合与LED灯头的安装灯座连体的金属散热片对外散热,能有效兼顾大功率照明和散热效果,避免路灯因长时间大功率工作发热导致的损坏,其结构简单,制作方便,照明效果高,使用寿命长。

图1所示,一种大功率LED路灯包括灯座1、LED灯头2、灯罩3、透明玻璃窗4、金属散热片5和驱动控制器6。多个LED灯头2呈矩形阵列结构安装于灯座1正面,灯罩3封装于灯座1正面,灯罩3上设有与多个LED灯头2对应的透明玻璃窗4;灯座1背面设有多道与灯座垂直的翅片状金属散热片5,驱动控制器6固定连接于金属散热片5上,驱动控制器6连接多个LED灯头2。
