背景技术
在现有技术中,由于LED路灯的散热器面积和形状没有统一标准,布局方式不合理,LED芯片散热效率差,LED芯片温升过高致使芯片本身及封装树脂性能的恶化,以致最终引起发光效率的降低和寿命的缩短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种大功率LED路灯,它能改善LED路灯的散热效果,减轻自身重量,延长LED灯的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用技术方案的基本构思是:它包括柄部、边围框、导热基板、散热器和LED灯,所述散热器由呈发散状分布的多个散热片组成环形结构,散热器的空隙上下贯穿,各个散热片安装在导热基板上,而散热片端部与边围框连接固定,导热基板上安装LED灯。
优选的,所述散热器的各个散热片在上下方向上竖直排列。
其中,所述柄部内还设置安装端口和LED驱动电源,所述LED驱动电源的输出通过导线送入LED灯,所述导热基板上还安装LED灯罩。
本实用新型的有益效果是,环形散热器的散热片在上下方向上竖直排列,且整个路灯结构没有设置上下盖板,散热器在上下方向上没有封闭,强化了上下方向的对流散热,这样就改善了散热效果,在环境温度25℃情况下,光源功率100W的LED路灯芯片基板最高温度只有45℃,比同类产品低约20℃,使LED路灯特别是大功率路灯的芯片基板温度降至最低,从而延长路灯的使用寿命,整个路灯结构没有设置上下盖板,减轻了自身重量,降低了危险性,尤其在遇到大风、地震时。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,壳体部分包括柄部1和边围框2,柄部1内设有安装端口7和LED驱动电源8,LED驱动电源8的输出通过导线送到LED灯5,给LED灯5提供驱动电源,散热器3由多个散热片排列组成环形结构,各个散热片呈发散状,整个散热器3类似于风扇的结构,散热器的空隙上下通透,最好是散热器3的各个散热片在上下方向上竖直排列,而各个散热片安装在导热基板4上,而散热片端部与边围框2连接固定,导热基板4上安装LED灯5和LED灯罩6。

1.一种大功率LED路灯,包括柄部(1)、边围框(2)、导热基板(4)、散热器(3)和LED灯(5),其特征在于,所述散热器(3)由呈发散状分布的多个散热片组成环形结构,散热器(3)的空隙上下贯穿,各个散热片安装在导热基板(4)上,而散热片端部与边围框(2)连接固定,导热基板(4)上安装LED灯(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED路灯,其特征在于,所述散热器(3)的各个散热片在上下方向上竖直排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED路灯,其特征在于,所述柄部(1)内还设置安装端口(7)和LED驱动电源(8),所述LED驱动电源(8)的输出通过导线送入LED灯(5),所述导热基板(4)上还安装LED灯罩(6)。
