本实用新型涉及一种屋顶太阳能组件安装支架。
背景技术
我国目前大部分工业厂房屋面均采取钢结构彩板形式,其中直立缝屋面板的应用最为广泛。在直立缝彩钢板屋面上安装太阳能电站是目前广泛采用的屋顶光伏电站形式。现行钢结构行业中,各种屋面板形式繁多,在屋面板上建电站,固定方式一般是利用屋面板的直立缝、通过转换夹具固定一个钢结构支架,然后将太阳能组件安装在支架上,不同类型的屋面系统的固定方式都不相同。屋顶电站与屋面板的固定方式虽然各不相同,但目的是一致的,即:实现可靠连接的同时确保屋面防水。合理设计直立缝屋面板以及根据直立缝屋面板设计合适的屋顶太阳能组件安装支架具是屋顶电站建设成功的关键技术之一。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是对屋面的使用要求不造成负面影响又能满足太阳能组件承载力要求、抗风要求和确保长期使用的屋顶太阳能组件安装支架。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是一种屋顶太阳能组件安装支架,包括第一固定夹、第二固定夹和螺栓组件;所述第一固定夹包括依次连接的水平太阳能组件安装板、直立支撑板a和水平屋顶面板固定板b;所述第二固定夹包括依次连接的直立支撑板a’和水平屋顶面板固定板b’;所述第一固定夹的水平太阳能组件安装板上设置有太阳能组件固定孔;所述第一固定夹的直立支撑板a和第二固定夹的直立支撑板a’的上部的对应位置分别设有螺栓孔,螺栓组件穿过两个螺栓孔将第一固定夹和第二固定夹相对固定;所述第二固定夹的直立支撑板a’上设置有容纳屋顶直立缝的缺口;当第一固定夹和第二固定夹相对固定后,所述第二固定夹的水平屋顶面板固定板b’与第一固定夹水平屋顶面板固定板b之间的距离≤屋顶直立缝的最大直径。
所述螺栓组件包括螺杆、螺母和弹簧垫片。
采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型具有以下的有益效果:本实用新型的安装支架对屋面的使用要求不造成负面影响又能满足太阳能组件承载力要求、抗风要求和确保长期使用,同时选用铝合金材质作为固定夹的材质,采用不锈钢螺栓固定在屋面直立缝上,效果很好。

见图1,本实施例的一种屋顶太阳能组件安装支架,包括铝合金材质的第一固定夹、铝合金材质的第二固定夹和不锈钢螺栓组件3;第一固定夹包括依次连接的水平太阳能组件安装板1-1、直立支撑板a 1-2和水平屋顶面板固定板b 1-3;第二固定夹包括依次连接的直立支撑板a’2-2和水平屋顶面板固定板b’ 2-3;螺栓组件3包括螺杆、螺母和弹簧垫片。第一固定夹的水平太阳能组件安装板1-1上设置有太阳能组件固定孔1-1-1;第一固定夹1的直立支撑板a 1-2和第二固定夹的直立支撑板a’ 2-2的上部的对应位置分别设有螺栓孔,螺栓组件3穿过两个螺栓孔将第一固定夹和第二固定夹相对固定;第二固定夹的直立支撑板a’ 2-2上设置有容纳屋顶直立缝4的缺口2-2-1;当第一固定夹和第二固定夹相对固定后,第二固定夹的水平屋顶面板固定板b’2-3与第一固定夹水平屋顶面板固定板b 1-3之间的距离≤屋顶直立缝4的最大直径。

1.一种屋顶太阳能组件安装支架,其特征在于:包括第一固定夹、第二固定夹和螺栓组件(3);所述第一固定夹包括依次连接的水平太阳能组件安装板(1-1)、直立支撑板a(1-2)和水平屋顶面板固定板b(1-3);所述第二固定夹包括依次连接的直立支撑板a’(2-1)和水平屋顶面板固定板b’(2-2);所述第一固定夹的水平太阳能组件安装板(1-1)上设置有太阳能组件固定孔(1-1-1);所述第一固定夹的直立支撑板a(1-2)和第二固定夹(2)的直立支撑板a’(2-1)的上部的对应位置分别设有螺栓孔,螺栓组件(3)穿过两个螺栓孔将第一固定夹和第二固定夹(2)相对固定;所述第二固定夹(2)的直立支撑板a’(2-1)上设置有容纳屋顶直立缝(4)的缺口(2-1-1);当第一固定夹(1)和第二固定夹相对固定后,所述第二固定夹的水平屋顶面板固定板b’(2-2)与第一固定夹水平屋顶面板固定板b(1-3)之间的距离≤屋顶直立缝(4)的最大直径。
