本实用新型公开了一种保温空心砖,包括矩形砖体,在所述的矩形砖体上均匀设置有通孔,在所述的通孔内均填充有酚醛泡沫体,且所述的酚醛泡沫体的中心部位均具有贯穿酚醛泡沫体的孔,所述的酚醛泡沫体与通孔之间设有粘胶层。本实用新型充分利用了空心砖上的通孔,在其内填设酚醛泡沫体,酚醛泡沫塑料是一种新型难燃、防火低烟保温材料,不仅制造方便、成本低廉,而且密度低,不会明显提高空心砖的质量,同时充分利用了现有的空心砖的结构,不需要对空心砖的结构进行大改,只需要增设填充这一步的工序,就可以明显提高空心砖的保温性能,从而提升整体建筑的保温性能,复合节能环保的绿色建筑理念。

    在公知的技术领域,空心砖是以粘土、页岩等为主要原料,经过原料处理、成型、烧结而制成, 空心砖具有质轻、强度高、节省材料等优点,在现今的建筑技术条件下,应大力提倡绿色、环保、节能的建筑理念,所以需要建筑材料能够具有保温、隔音的特点,现有的空心砖隔音效果尚可,但是保温性能不是十分理想。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种保温性能好的空心砖。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种保温空心砖,包括矩形砖体,在所述的矩形砖体上均匀设置有通孔,在所述的通孔内均填充有酚醛泡沫体,且所述的酚醛泡沫体的中心部位均具有贯穿酚醛泡沫体的孔,所述的酚醛泡沫体与通孔之间设有粘胶层。
进一步的,作为一种具体的实施方式,本实用新型中所述的酚醛泡沫体是外围直径为30mm的圆柱体结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型充分利用了空心砖上的通孔,在其内填设酚醛泡沫体,酚醛泡沫塑料是一种新型难燃、防火低烟保温材料,不仅制造方便、成本低廉,而且密度低,不会明显提高空心砖的质量,同时充分利用了现有的空心砖的结构,不需要对空心砖的结构进行大改,只需要增设填充这一步的工序,就可以明显提高空心砖的保温性能,从而提升整体建筑的保温性能,复合节能环保的绿色建筑理念。
